Cheap accommodation in very good locations. The rooms are big as well as the bathroom. There was just one on the floor so the morning was a bit of an internal war to engage it (but just because everyone was too lazy to go downstairs where there were other two showers). The floors squeak a lot and the bed was...

My boyfriend and I have stayed here for 2 nights on a trip to Berlin. The location is great- an extremely short train journey to the city centre, many places to eat around the hostel as well. The airport (Schoenefeld) can be reached in less than 30mins by train, too. Plus sides: free coffee, tea, breakfast. There is a kitchen...

Very friendly. Close to bars and restaurants. Hostel was clean and quiet. Even free tea, coffee and breakfast. A ten mintute train ride into the centre of Berlin. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. We stayed in a two person room

This is a nice small hostel in a cute area in Berlin. It's great to have a nice sleep. Not many people at this hostel but there is a small common area to meet people. This club is near some cool warehouse clubs. The hostel has friendly nice people working there. I've heard there are some shady hostels in Berlin....

We've spent 2 days in Berlin this time. We had a separate room in the hostel with a double bed and our own washbasin (a nice bonus). A free breakfast (cereals, tea, coffee) was also very handy. Linens were clean and comfortable. What we didn't like: wi-fi was not stable in every place of the hostel and it was quite...

We stayed here for one night and it was unforgettable! We travelled around and stayed in many hostels across the world but this was, by far, the worst! First getting in to the building was more like accessing a block of flats which was strange, followed by make shift direction signs to the hostel door, that was held up by...

We spent only 40 euros per person for a 4-night stay. Breakfast was included. There are computers, a kitchen and two common rooms. The staff was helpful but not very sociable. It is located in a nice neighborhood filled with all kinds of bars, restaurants and people.

Thank Fragin

Staying in Friedrichshain

Neighbourhood Profile
When you arrive at Warschauer Strasse in the heart of the district, you have found one of Berlin’s party hotspots. At night in Friedrichshain, the energy is palpable and the streets of this old worker's quarter are full of street musicians. On one hand, you may find a bar with international crowds, electronic music, long lines and panoramic views - on the other, an outside venue by old train yards featuring decrepit buildings and live alternative music. No matter your taste, the best way to end a night out in Friedrichshain is sitting by the Spree River at the East side gallery, the longest and best preserved piece of the Berlin Wall, watching the sun rise over the beautiful Oberbaum Bridge.
