We had a double room on the third floor in the front of the building. The bathroom was bigger than the sleeping area. The complimentary breakfast is awesome! I tried everything, including the weisswursts. The building is historic and has a tiny glass elevator. Don't try the treacherous stairs. The location is awesome and is within the old town walls....

Very nice and welcoming staff. Large spacious room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed! Wish our view was a little nicer (looking towards the back). Beautiful decor. Centrally located and easy to walk around the town.

Nice hotel in centre. Only 5-10 minute walk from station. Rooms were clean. Breakfast is served downstairs until 10 - usual range of meats, cheese, pastries etc. They also offer freshly cooked eggs. Friendly staff. Would stay again if in the area.

Loved staying here - nice helpful staff. Breakfast area was a little dark, but the meal was perfect. Room was quaint, older looking, but obvious that it was rehab'd lately. The bathroom as HUGE and included a tub, and separate shower. The location could not be beat, and was in the middle of everything. Went here to see some of...

This was our second choice for a hotel on our return visit, it will be our first choice in the future. We were very pleasantly surprised including an elevator. Service was great, beds comfortable and bath area had everything you could want including a large bath. Located jut off the main square. Only deficit would be for the traveler looking...

We stayed 2 nights here. This is the best hotel we've stayed at so far on our trip across this part of Germany. It hasn't had the best breakfast but from the moment you walk in the door, look up at the village chandelier, this 700 year old building will charm you. I love the arches, the wooden beams and...

My wife and I spent a few nights in Rothenburg at Hotel Gotisches Haus, and could have spent forever. Amazing hotel, perfect location, and helpful, friendly staff. It sits just off the main square in Rothenburg. We rented the top floor suite, which is essentially the former attic. Amazing views on both ends. I highly recommend starting each day with...

My wife and I loved Rothenburg and our stay at Hotel Gotisches Haus set the stage. Quaint and very nicely appointed. We loved the breakfast cafe area - the variety of choices was great and the hostess that served the coffee and eggs was very friendly and added to the experience. The ambiance of the cafe area was neat as...

This hotel is almost in the center of historic Rothenburg and a perfect place to stay. The rooms are modern and the facilities are fine. The hotel has a small elevator so getting bags to and from the room is not a problem. They have a small sidewalk café so you can enjoy a drink and people watch. The breakfast...

We spent 3 nights mid September in room 11. We enjoyed our stay here more than any other lodging during our 2 week trip through Tyrol and Bavaria. It was raining when we arrived and our navigation had led us to closed streets blocks away. We found a place to park and made our way to Hotel Gotisches Haus with...
