The best quality of this hotel is the location. Interesting that of the four hotels we stayed at in Germany, this is the only one that fairly demanded to make a copy of my passport before providing instructions about where we were to park, unload, etc. Our room was nicely decorated, at the end of the hallway, Room 115, with...

Central location. Fair breakfast. Good dinner. Friendly personnel trying to solve our problems. Small lobby. Has a decent bar which is open late. Rooms are fair size and decently decorated. Good price optimization. Quiet and well kept hotel. Good bathroom with nice shower and tub. Busses cannot pull right in front. Our bus refused to get inside the city walls....

Our room has a carved canopy king size bed, armoire, duvets, a view of the street---absolutely charming! The room is a nice size, nice bathroom, staff is friendly and kind---and they speak English. The wine bar has yummy food----didn't try the hotel restaurant for dinner due to timing---went on The Night Watchman Tour in lieu of dinner, and ate a...

What can you say about this hotel. First the bad (well not really) The parking is down the road,a bit tight and this makes check in a bit of a faf. Now the good, our room was great the setting is perfect and the food is fantastic. We visited during the medieval festival and were right in the heart of...

The staff was friendly, the room comfortable and clean, the breakfast was super. The surprises were the parking was 2+ blocks away in a locked courtyard and the rooms in the other building meant dragging suitcases with wheels down a cobblestone street for half a block to get to the door. Lucky none of the wheels came off because it...

The hotel staff was welcoming and friendly. The rooms are really clean and comfortable. We stayed at the hotel for drinks and dinner, both were very good. Breakfast the next morning was also a very good.

We stayed here for 1 night during August while on a road trip throughout Bavaria. It is relatively easy to find with the help of a map. If you have a car, definitely reserve a spot in their garage ahead of time, otherwise I'm not sure where you would park. The hotel is beautiful, and has a very old timey,...

Gives you a feeling of going back in time. Hotel is walking distance from the bus station and is within the center. The hotel definitely adds to the medieval feel of the town. It has maintained its charm despite some 'modernization.' It has an elevator. Nice staff; speaks English. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Would not hesitate to go back.

We booked the room at this hotel because it was the only high rated option on the booking.com. And we were not disappointed. Very good hotel with the windows facing Cathedral. Very good restaurant with the flammenkuche. Sleep quality can be better, but it is only because of the Cathedral bells which is so romantic!

I arrived in Rothenburg by rental car, the streets are a bit small as are a lot of streets in Europe, I was travelling alone and had a GPS in the car and it had got me near to the hotel and I found a parking lot, parked and went to find hotel, it was close by and I had...
