I moved here when the last hotel was too hot, and I couldn't sleep with an open window due to a beer garden below. Service was nice, the breakfast typical, the room was clean, and parking was free. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the old city, meaning, I could sleep with an open window and the outside...

The Merian hotel presented a strange combination. The rooms was very spacious comparable or even bigger than suits in other hotels. The bathroom felt like a hospital room and looked spartan. Both areas were spic & span though. A kettle was provided and some tea bags for your convenience along with a bottle of mineral water. The breakfast was pleantiful...

We had a great time at this hotel!! The proprietor was lovely, the staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable and fresh, and the breakfast was delicious. The only problem we had was the wi fi signal being weak. Otherwise, we couldn't be happier. It is difficult finding family rooms for four, and this one was among the best we...

I worked in this hotel 21 years ago. I was happy to return and see that it is still friendly and well managed. Our room was lovely and spacious and most importantly spotless. Breakfast was very good with great choice. It is also an enjoyable short walk to the town square with lots of interesting shops and cafés on route....

I was in Rothenburg several time but first time in this hotel under suggestion from a colleague. I was really satisfied by the overall offer: very good price, confortable clean and well equipped room and my room was also in the back area really calm and far from the main street. Abundant and good breakfast, together with the kindness of...

The hotel is located just across the railway on an 7-8 min, walk from the historical town centre. Rooms are spacious and include a private bathroom, TV, Wifi and a small frifge. We had the comfort room, which also has a balcony (remark: There was nu furniture on the balcony). Breakfast is excellent, also includes fresh fruit. Advantage of this...

The first time we stayed at this hotel it was a best western and it was very good, on our second visit it was no longer best western but was OK, afraid to say on this visit we thought the hotel was in need of attention. Of course, it is still in an excellent location, being a short walk from...

Stayed here for two nights as part of our own Christmas Market trip as our half way point between Vienna to Cologne. The hotel, I would say is, about 10 minutes to the edge of the city walls (Old Town). We stayed outside of the city walls as it is cheaper. Room was large and had a balcony. Unfortunately was...

We stayed here in mid-December. (We tried another place first, also on a convenient corner in town, but waited almost 45 minutes and were not yet waited on by that time so we left.) The room was clean, had separate beds for our two boys as well as our larger bed, fairly good size room. Our room had a balcony...
