Hotel is located in the old building and the room are decorated with historical style referring to King Ludwig. Close to old town and own parking lot. Nothing to complaint, good breakfast and service.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel - 5 days over Christmas. Our room was very large with several windows. Windows with views of the neighbouring buildings and along the street on two sides. These had a small covering of snow and looked lovely. Central position, near shops and churches. On site parking. Refurbished spacious bathroom, comfortable beds, lots...

Hotel hirsch is right in the core of town. It's easy access to the highway make getting to Neuschwanstein easy. The only thing I would improve is a little more customer service in terms of being a little more welcoming. Other than that it was solid service.

The Hirsch has everything you could want, and then some things you had no idea you wanted until you are there; whether it is the quirky historical themes or the traditional hallmarks of fantastic and friendly service, the Hirsch has you covered. The food is fantastic as is the location. THE place to stay.

My husband and I stayed for one night after touring Neuschwanstein Castle. This was our second trip to Fussen, a picturesque alpine town. The hotel was charming, filled with faux (or were they real) antiques and artwork. The room was comfortable enough, though could get warm. The hotel sits at apparently the only "busy" intersection in town, so if you...

Definitely felt like this was the best hotel in Fussen. Start with the convenient location as it is an easy walk to the Altstadt and a short drive to the Schloss Neuschwanstein.. Parking is on premise and the hotel sits right on the main street just after crossing the Lech River. The staff were extremely personable and helpful. We had...

Had a great experience at this lovely property. Rooms were quaint and so Bavarian. Walking distance to the old town. The entire family loved it. The rooms do get warm--those heaters really work--but it is nothing a slightly open window can't fix. The side closer to the street does have street noise-no real surprise there. So ask for a room...

The Hotel Hirsch was a great place to stay. We are traveling with our family and the hotel offers very spacious rooms that can be hard to find in Europe especially for a family of six. We stayed in two four bed rooms and it is in a great locations minutes from the castles. The staff was very friendly throughout...

Had such a wonderful experience here. Made a reservation via Travelocity just a few hours before arriving, and they were completely ready for us. Fluent English. They provided maps of the town, and asked us the right questions to provide any advice on things we wanted to do. Room had a large enough closet and a great bathroom with toiletries....

We stayed here for one night on our driving trip along the Romantic Road. Hotel was close to the old town with shopping and restaurants. The check in was smooth and quick. The woman at the reception walked with us to show us where to park and to point out the breakfast room, dinning room and beer garden. The room...
