The hotel is correct, clean, the swimming pool is nice and the breakfast is very good. However the staff is unexisting, it creates a weird atmosphere, and our room was small with old furniture and design. The bed wasn't comfortable. It is more than ok, but not great.

We've stayed here several times overnight on trips from northern Italy to the UK, and have never been disappointed. Friendly staff, beautifully designed facilities, a generous and tasty breakfast, all go to make a great package. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, and scrupulously clean. Quiet location opposite the cemetery, so no trouble with the neighbours.

My wife booked this hotel for our Augsburg trip. The location is good, close to shopping and sightseeing. The keep bicycles there for guests to use free of charge, and let me tell you, it was a lifesaver. We went everywhere! The room price was decent, very much in average for the area. The breakfast was MUCH BETTER than I...

We like quiet locations and this was splendid, on a boulevard some 20 mins by tram (stop nearby) from the heart of the old town. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, the hotel had a real style, with a smart lobby including a coffee machine, water fountain, bar, TV and newspapers plus lots of local info. Parking was secure, and...

This hotel is situated in a quiet area to the south of the city. The hotel is very good with only really a couple of drawbacks. For a hotel of its size the car parking is inadequate and most guests have to find a spot to park on the street. WiFi in the hotel is intermittent - two people from...

The hotel is located far from the city center, across a cemetery. It was rated as a 4 *. I have never ever seen a 4* without air conditioning, minibar and with such a tiny tiny bathroom. The room was really hot an pretty loud. The internet does not work at all in the rooms ( we called the reception...

Cute little boutique hotel with good customer service and great breakfast. Not as close to the city center as I would have preferred, but it's within biking distance. Bathroom is a bit utilitarian, but the basics are accommodated. Very quiet, neighborhood setting.

The staff was kind and breakfasts were delicious. The design of the hotel was nice and interesting. The thing that annoyed me the most was that there was supposed to be a Wi-Fi network available for guests but we weren't able to use it because the connection was TERRIBLE. At the reception they admitted that the Wi-Fi connection is bad all...

Staff very helpful and polite, food in restaurant very tasty, breakfast spread great. Stayed one night only, approx 15 min taxi ride from Augsburg train station @ just over 15 EUR.

We had a great time in the hotel, friendly staff and excellent service. The design interior is refreshing and the city center is nearby (also reachable with the hotel loan-bikes) They even mailed us the next morning a bag we forgot at the hotel.

“The staff are open and friendly and speak English. If there is something in particular you want then I am sure they would accommodate your wishes if you ask. It is in a quiet area so there is no noise problem.”
