This is a lovely hotel in the town centre in a great location right next to the Cathedral. The rooms are very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is very good with an excellent choice. The team there were very pleasant too. I did not get to eat in the restaurant at night but the courtyard looked a... More

Stayed overnight on our way to the Alps. Enjoyed the very comfortable bed, good room size, spacious bathroom, fairly quiet (I guess it is usually more quiet to the back than this particular Saturday night during the short heat wave this summer). Lovely backyard setting for a drink, dinner or breakfast outside. We were not bothered by sound from the... More

Stayed here for 2 nights and was impressed by the hotel in general, staff, pretty courtyard, central location, and parking. Room was large and attractive as was the BR. Would definitely come back. The breakfast buffet was good but not extraordinary. Dinners in the courtyard were lovely.

Everything is here easily walking distance, added to that the hotel is very good. First: Please note they have a parking garage, driving around the hotel, you will see a parking entrance, no public sign, but drive in, and through avery narrow passage you are outside the hotel, and after check in, the big garage is there. The cathedral is... More

This is a historic hotel in Regensburg that I like a lot. The location couldn't be any better, right next to the Dome. It has a very good restaurant and a lovely courtyard which makes it feel very spacious. The service is good. They have a parking garage which is useful. There are older and newer rooms. The older ones... More

We had a room right at the front of the hotel on the first floor, which was very roomy and traditionally decorated. The early morning bells from the Dom were a little annoying, but other than that the room was relatively quiet. The large bed was comfortable, the bathroom was functional - although the hot water had a terrible habit... More

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. From the rooms to the special staff the service was overwhelming. Did not need to be on a tour as the front desk advised us on places to visit in Regansburg and gave detailed/ friendly directions. The restaurant and breakfast was superb.

My wife was returning from the United States so I wanted to plan a weekend away to welcome her back to Germany. I chose Regensburg because it was only an hour away from Munich Intl Airport and came highly recommended. I chose Hotel Bischofshof because of its central location. I couldn't have made a better choice. First, the hotel has... More

This is a very old building and very charming. I was lucky that I stayed at one of their suite: porta praetoria. The room was spacious and very nice. The restaurant was nice and they serve local cuisine. It is right next to the cathedral of Regensburg.

Spent one night here with our family and found this to be excellent in every way for our needs. Great location next to the cathedral and the center of town. Comfortable and newly renovated rooms. A breakfast spread that more than met our needs and expectations. Would highly recommend for short stays.
