Came to see the Christmas markets and chose this hotel based on location. It was excellent, right next to all the transport links! Read other reviews which mentioned the U-bahn (underground) straight from the airport - we had decided to get a taxi but thought we would give this a go. 3.70Euro per person - trains ever 15 minutes and the airport is the end of the line so you cant really go wrong. The hotel was situated at the top of the exit steps - very helpful indeed! Our room (twin) was lovely, clean, the staff were all really helpful and spoke excellent English. The breakfasts were huge and plentiful - loads of choice and nothing too much trouble for staff. The had lacto-free milk and soya milk plus some Alpro vanilla 'pudding' pots on daily. I am non-dairy so this was very much appreciated.
Short walk into to town and to bars/restaurants etc.
Would definitely stay here again, we had no complaints whatsoever. Nicely decorated and very warm 😊

I’d probably say that this hotel gets a 3.5. It is in a good location, a few minutes walk from the Hbf, my room was large and clean and surprisingly quiet even though it overlooked the train tracks. Breakfast wasn’t included and to have it added on would have cost €22. I did have a look at what was on offer one morning but it was quite basic and certainly not worth paying €22! I had dinner at the hotel (or restaurant attached to the hotel) on my second day but this too wasn’t anything to write home about. Drinks in the bar were also expensive. Wifi was mostly good. A reasonably priced hotel although breakfast should be included as standard.

A lovely hotel at a perfect location….right near the main station, where you can get the metro, if needed. The hotel is very close to the center of town and you can get there in 10 minutes. The reception staff were wonderful, they couldn’t do enough for us. Our room looked out over an inner courtyard with Christmas trees that were lit at night. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice, especially the shower, which was roomy and well sealed, avoiding leaks. The room was quiet and very comfortable overall. We drive a full electric car and booked this specific hotel because it said it had electric charging points in their own parking. Oh boy, do they have electric charging points but they are ALL taken by non electric cars, so please don’t bother booking here if you’re in need of a charge.
There are a lot of other spots but those are also for other companies with which they share their parking with. If you’d park on those spots they would probably tow your car.
On the room, the room is nice though however the airco does not work which is a nice top up if it’s 31 degrees outside.

Wow - I did not expect such a nice and modern hotel I stayed for one night, and the entire next day in the conference center of the hotel. 1) The Room - very spacious, modern, comfortable and large bed; the shower was awesome and I had a choice of shower head and it was easy to adjust; free bottle of water 2) The Conference Room and Center - the equipment was top notch (flip charts and pin boards, moderation box was well stocked); refreshments could be set up in the conference or the break area -we could choose; variety of salty, sweet and healthy snacks available. They had a candy bar in the afternoon and a great choice of teas! 3) Business lunch in the restaurant - excellent quality and delicious food (especially the mezze and dessert. They were well organised with the timing - so we got a 3 course meal into 1 hour without feeling rushed. Maybe just one small critique - the chicken could have been more tender. And of course, the location is very central to the city, and the parking very spacious - at the main train station. By the way, this could be marked a bit better. I had to circle once because I didn't realise his the first time.

A very good hotel with a perfect location and excellent service. I highly recommend it. The hotel is located 150 meters from the central entrance of the Station, right on the boulevard, but the windows are so thick that you can't hear anything. The windows are huge, and the view from the second floor to the fortress walls is beautiful. The room was very good; the beds and pillows were comfortable. The only problem was that there was only one soap for three people in the bathroom, and nothing more. After speaking with a very kind gentleman at the reception, things were sorted out. The staff is very friendly, responsive, and smiling. You feel among friends. Only the maid started knocking on the door with a brush at 8:30 in the morning, and 15 minutes later, she appeared to clean. When I asked her to wait for 10 minutes so that we could get dressed and leave, she said she had other work and couldn't wait for me. The breakfast is excellent.
I highly recommend this hotel. You will be charmed.

The Hotel has excellent potential, it is nice, clean but, unfortunately, poorly managed. My wife had left some valuable jewelery in her suitcase in the room. After breakfast, we left the room to visit the city and returned in the late afternoon and, to our surprise, found our suitcase rummaged. We never found the bag with the valuable jewelry. We knew that it would be difficult, indeed impossible, to prove the existence of that costume jewelery worth around a thousand euros, but we expected the Director to be interested in the matter and, in any case, to give us explanations about what had happened. But none of this. Before leaving this morning, after the reception staff had asked us to delay our departure and wait for the Director (who would arrive at the office at 9.00), we waited for him to meet us but, inexplicably, he didn't show up.
