^_^ I stayed 4 nights 5 days. The staff were very friendly and the location is very good. However, there were people smoking in the dormitory. So I couldn't sleep for two days and my head hurt a lot. However, this is not the hotel's fault, so I am very satisfied with the hotel.

Dear Guest, thank you for your nice review. With 4 nights this is almost a "long stay" for a city trip ;) I'm not sure if I translated that correctly, but we don't have dormitories for groups. There is a smoking ban throughout the hotel - apparently not all guests have adhered to this. We would like to apologize for this at this point. If something is wrong, you can of course complain to the reception on site - we will then try to solve the problem :) I am happy to pass on your compliments to our team. Best regards + have a nice Sunday i.V. Ralph Berger (sales) PrivatHotel Probst

This hotel is a true bargain, with its location so close to everything Nürnberg offers. We stayed here for two nights, and with its great location, we could enjoy all venues of the Bardentreffen music festival while just need a couple of minutes walk. The restaurants literally downstairs are tasty and affordable as well. The only downside me and my friend find is the noise. Our windows are facing the street and the bar opposite to us is only closed until 3 p.m. Also, the elevator only works for the reception (3rd floor), and I need to carry my large suitcase through the stairs. Overall a very satisfied stay still and would recommend it for anyone wants to enjoy this beautiful and vibrant city!

Dear Guest, thank you for your great review. Luitpoldstraße is a very lively street - not only for the "Bardentreffen" 😉 For our house (we are more of a fan of early bird than last minute rates), the room prices are usually cheaper if you reserve earlier. If necessary, we will be happy to help you carry your luggage. Best regards + have a nice Sunday i.V. Ralph Berger (sales) PrivatHotel Probst

Dear Guest, thank you for your perfect rating. Unfortunately, not all guests are familiar with our self-service machine on the third floor - I finally have to have the digital advertising displays installed here ;) I will gladly pass on your praise for breakfast and our team. Dear Guest, thank you for your very nice rating. Our central location allows gastronomic life to begin right next door - and the sights (e.g. the New Museum for Art & Design in the neighboring street at Klarissenplatz or the huge Germanic National Museum in Kartäusergasse - are only a stone's throw away :) I am happy to pass on your compliments to our team. I made a reservation in 2019 for 2020, this as a participation in Rock im Park, but as the festival was postponed until 2022, the staff made everything possible and they confirmed the reservation so far. Thanks! very good location, close to absolutely everything, big and quiet room, extremely friendly staff, greetings to Susanne! :)

We have traveled 3 times for a month each in Europe. Even if you set aside the prime location, the Probst family made this such an enjoyable stay. We got one of the renovated rooms so it was super clean, I felt so comfortable. Breakfast was full of variety and fresh coffee. The friendliness was outstanding! Everyone was warm and welcoming. I truly felt like I had been welcomed into the family business.

Dear guests, thank you for your perfect rating. I know that in many "bed castles" the word "personal service" is used more as a market phrase - with us it actually reflects everyday life: Here you will find the owner personally at the reception and in the breakfast service ;) With a 7-day week, it is all the more pleasing that our service is perceived so positively. I'm happy to pass on your compliments to our hosekeeping. We are looking forward to your next visit + have a nice Weekend. Best regards i.V. Ralph Berger (sales) PrivatHotel Probst

Dear Guest, thank you for your detailed review and your very kind words. Our housekeeper (and parts of our cleaning and reception team) speak / understand Eastern European languages - I'm happy to pass on your praise here accordingly :) Unfortunately, I myself am limited here in German, English (and a little Spanish) ;) The topic of keeping dogs is not so uncontroversial in the hotels in the center of Nuremberg: many forbid it right away or charge relatively steep surcharges. We have decided on a middle way here: as long as the "four-legged friend" does not disturb the rest of our other guests afterwards - we are happy to provide a dog bowl and treats for a moderate surcharge (one-off fee 5.00 EUR). So far this has worked quite well in practice. We would be happy to welcome you again as our guest if circumstances allow. Greetings from Nuremberg + all the best i.V. Dear Guest, thank you for your perfect rating. We had (due to Corona) reduced our opening hours step by step and (also after feedback from our regular guests) we came to the decision that 8:00 p.m. is quite ok ;) For a city hotel, however, this closing time is relatively early / unusual - for this reason, write for our guests about 3 days before arrival. With our self-check-in system you can of course also check in after 8:00 p.m. :) I am happy to pass on your compliments to my wife and our team. Best regards + have a nice Weekend i.V.
