Never had so many bizarre things happening when staying in a hotel: - Wi-Fi always failing - windows weren't isolated, the cold got in really easily - in the second day all our key-cards stopped working for no reason - Recepcionist came to our room to complain for talking too loud - WHILE a party occurred in a hotel with...

Had to book this hostel last minute following a pilot strike, so glad I did, excellent location, excellent staff and rooms brilliant for a no frills city stay. Will definitely use again. Great vibe for travellers/backpackers!!

This place is safe, very clean, has inviting staff, and is relatively quiet. We had a great view of a beautiful building across the street and the Munich skyline. It is located across the street from the train station so it's a great location for arriving, dropping of luggage and heading out.

This was the hostel I stayed in while in Munich. It was a 15 minute walk from the station which felt longer but it was doable and was easy to find. On arrival the reception were ok but could be more informative and it felt very corporate. Check in wasn't untill 3pm which I felt was quite late. They did...

Great location, easy to get to from the airport and a good base. Stayed as part of stag do. Rooms were spacious and had all we needed. Hard work getting to the rooms though as the lift was broken and we were on the 5th floor... that is a lot of stairs to climb! Breakfast wasn't bad and was good...

Just back from a 3 night stay here with a group of 32 school kids. The Meininger Group is always my preferred choice with group bookings in Germany as they have a decent standard and can always be relied upon for bookings. The only problem we had with the Munich Meininger was the food ( as we had booked an...

The room was clean and a decent size for the price of a private room. We only stayed for two nights which meant the room was only really used for a place to sleep after a busy day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel offered a lot of information on tours to go on and...

This is more of a youth hostel kind of basic accommodation, rooms are barely furnished. Would not recommend for families with young children. A big plus is a common kitchenette and location which is fairly close to the city center, but in a quieter place near Hackerbrucke station. The reception staff is friendly, but the cleanliness standards in the rooms...

Stayed here for three nights during Oktoberfest 2016. Our group had three persons, so we had one room with two beds and one foldout couch. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were very uncomfortable; I was relegated to the foldout couch, but my traveling companions complained about stuff backs for days afterward. Fairly shoddy wifi that was very hit or...
