I came for a night for Oktoberfest and the hostel is decent.. Just a few minutes from the station and you also have a few places to have a bite and it also has a supermarket so makes life easier. The staff was super friendly and helped me out in everything.

We had a private quad room - basic bunk beds. Sink in room, but showers and toilets in hallway. NO ELEVATOR - LOTS OF STAIRS! No wifi in rooms, only common areas. BREAKFAST was fantastic! It is included and a great selection.

Don't get me wrong- this is not a horrible hostle. The place is clean, the food is alright, the staff are nice, and there is plenty of hot water. But the whole place is ridiculously outdated. And whatever you do, do not take a roon beyond the first floor if you don't plan to travel ultralightly. There are no elevators.

Good location, very quiet at night due to 10pm curfew. Security are more like nightclub bouncers. Staff are good even though they refused to assist a 70 year old lady with carrying her suit case up 3 flights of stairs. No lifts so if you are on 5th floor good luck! Free Wifi but only at reception on ground floor...

Stayed at the hostel for 3 nights. The hostel was clean and staff ok, with fair knowledge of English. The Internet connection was very slow and the cleaning ladies stormed into the rooms without nocking.

Nice place, spacious lockers in the room and relatively comfortable bed. However, there are few showers per floor (only 4 for aprox 40 people). The breakfast and dinner are quite good and the staff is very nice. Located close to a Ubahn station worth which you can reach the city center in minutes.

This was the 2nd Hostel we (family of 6, my family and siblings) stayed in while on a 1 month long tour of Germany. We loved this hostel!! For a large hostel it was very friendly and efficient. Pros: Location- while outside the inner circle the access to the U-bahn was easy. It's a nice quiet residential area with a...

We have been 3 nights at the end of October 2011, with two kids (4 and 8 y.o.). The hostel offers a basic accomodation in 4-beds room with shared bathroom and showers. But for a short break is ok. It has 2 buldings and a lot of rooms, a big breakfast room and a nice garden. The beds are confortable,...

Great Hostel, stayed here for 2 nights when attending Oktoberfest, we had a twin room that was so clean, secure, had a free locking wardrobe for each and its own bathroom. Very close to the train station. and it is the Zoo stop, so if you are ever lost everyone knows where the Zoo is. €12 to the Oktoberfest ground....
