I loved everything about this hotel. I had a single room for only one night, but it was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. My bed was actually one of the most comfortable that I have ever had in a hotel. The staff was incredibly nice (I liked that there were older people at the welcome desk and not just youngsters)...

The best feature of this place was the Concierge Patrick who made our stay fun, interesting, and comfortable. The rooms and accommodations are very basic and dated, but clean. It's in a noisy, congested area, but in close proximity to all the places we wanted to see. Free breakfast was a nice bonus. Go just to meet Patrick!!

Rooms were nice. Quite small. Very noisy at night. The elevator could be an issue for some people as it is tiny (maybe 3 or 4 people at a time) and quite slow. It often would take us to random levels as well. The breakfast buffet was good. A lot of choices and you are able to make your own...

This hotel was well located being a short walk from Munich station and also from the main shopping area. The room was clean and the breakfast was satisfactory. It represented reasonable value for money. Unfortunately the lift was broken during our stay which was a bit difficult for us as we both have knee problems. The guy on reception was...

I only stayed at this hotel for one night, I was watching a production at the Deutsches Theater so I wanted somewhere convenient to stay. I arrived earlier than the check in time (which was 14:00) but they were able to give me my room when I arrived. The staff were friendly on the whole. The interior was very dates,...

The hotel is old fashioned, but we found it clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast we good. Can't complain for the price, very central. Our room was at the back of the hotel and very quiet.

The rooms are dated and old. Bed very poor quality and bed base dirty. Curtains could do with a good wash. Rest of furniture damaged or worn. Toilet seat broken, shower not the cleanest. The hotel is in a very noisy street and sleep is impossible, to hot to close window. Staff on the other hand very friendly and helpful...

Whoever gave this "hotel" 4 star rating needs to be certified. Only friendly staff was the lady cleaning the rooms. Door wouldn't close properly on the room. No smoke or fire alarms visible. Lift like a shoe box. Wi Fi intermittent (very).

As other reviewers note, this hotel is cheap but in a questionable area. The staff was very helpful with planning and that impressed me. This area has beggars on the streets, lots of Arabs and ethnic groups, and so be prepared to walk past quickly to the nearby metro stations and train station.

The hotel is located in what could be described as an ethnic ghetto. The hotel itself is old and dated. There was a new shower stall, but between the walls of the shower were gaps of about a quarter of an inch, meaning showering resulted in flooding the bathroom floor. Then there's the issue of the hair dryer attached to...
