We stayed in one of the rooms overlooking the Victualienmarkt. The hotel is a short walk away from the Marianplatz and handy for the U Bahn and S Bahn. The room was very comfortable and the staff were cheerful and helpful. With its central location the hotel offers good value for money. We would recommend the hotel to any visitors...

We stayed in this hotel 4 nights for Christmas and we loved it. The location is superb, just opposite the market and 2 minute walk from the Marienplatz. Modern décor all the way through a small place, however the space is intelligently used. The impecable room felt small for two adults and a 5 year old child, but we were...

The bed is some kind of oil based new concept bed that feels like sleeping on a water bed. Six of us adults, not one of us had a good nights sleep for three nights. The controls are old and operate slowly and poorly. There was new staff in the breakfast room and for 21 euros we got zero service....

Prime location for a very swanky looking hotel! We arrived at 11am and were welcomed by a lovely lady at the desk who allowed us to drop our bags (check in isnt until 3pm and our room wasnt ready yet). It is a 5 min walk from the main square and set outside the food market. Ask for a high...

We were traveling with our adult children. This hotel had a high rating. We arrived and the rooms were ready on time (3 double rooms). The bed was a sleep number type mattress, each person got to chose what number they like to sleep on. It was horrendous, it felt like you were on an blow up air mattress. You...

Location is fantastic! It's right at the Viktualienmarkt and a five minute walk from Marienplatz. Hotel is still new. Room was very attractive. Easy to walk to many locations and the train stations. Only downside was the stuffiness and dryness in the room which may have been due to being on the top floor. View from top floor room facing...

The location in city center right across the street from the outdoor market is very quaint. Easy access to the tram station, safe and lively neighborhood, walking distance to numerous sites. The room product leaves much to be desired. The switch to open the window did not work, the switch for the blinds (lower/open) did not work, the mini bar...

This is the 2nd time at this hotel, first being 2 years ago, and it keeps getting better! The staff is outstanding, very attentive to your needs and always a greeting with a smile and a great sense of humor. Could not ask for any better reception or attention. Not sure if the rooms were recently remodeled but they look...

the location of the hotel is very good in the city center; You can do everything on walk. The viktualienmarkt is very lively but still it's quiet at night. you have lots of restaurants int the area. It's better to ask to have a room on high lever otherwise the view on the courtyard is not very nice and quiet...

I feel very disappointed by staff and how they treated customers. Firstly, at check in, the staff gave us the wrong room. We only noticed that when a stranger used her key to open our room!!! This is totally crazy and i felt extremely uncomfortable and shocked that a 4-star hotel could make such mistake! On the second day, my...
