Very good hotel to stay if you travel on business. Very clean and spacious room, meeting all the standards you can expect from a hotel of such a cathegory and price level. Some detailed comments: - very good room service, with good options, and good quality of food. Too expensive, but this is also the standard in this type of...

I've been here many times when it was still under Sheraton management and now under Westin. There have been subtle changes to the hotel but most places are still the same. I still love going to the Paulaner on the lower level of the hotel for some weissbier, schweinshaxen (pork knuckles) or goulash soup. If you come for lunch or...

I participated to a conference that was organized in this hotel. All the facilities were good, big ballroom as well as smaller rooms. Only lunches from the buffet that were just for the conference participants could have been better. The food was not bad, but it was just good as everything else in the facilities were great. The room was...

We stayed here while visiting the Christmas market. Beautiful Christmas tree in the foyer and lovely wooden manger scene as well. Rooms were spacious and beautifully equipped. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful, peaceful stay. Views of Munich from the rooms is very beautiful and although very close to the main road surrounding Munich, no noise...

I'm considered a frequent traveller (>75%) and travel both domestically and internationally. The Westin Grand is far and away the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The #1 reason is the management and staff. They've created a culture of 100% guest satisfaction and deliver by a team of All-Stars. I look forward every time I return and they never fail...

The hotel property offers a rustic, typical German hospitalitiy and hotel experience. The hotel roms are comfy, with good lighting, which is normally what fails most hotel properties, work light by desk! The bathrooms are spacious, very clean. There were two sinks in my room with shower cabin and separate bath. The breakfast was rather extensive. After being ushered to...

Stayed in the Westin Munich just after new year and had a excellent experience. Although the location is slightly away from the city centre of the Marienplatz don't let that stop you from staying at the Westin, as there is a tram station just across the road, an underground train station within 5 minutes walk and if you take a...

I stayed here recently on a business trip. It is a 15minute cab ride (or longer during rush hour), which costs about 20 euros one way, to get into town... so I do not recommend for people who really want to explore the 'real' Munich. Furthermore the hotel is a very generic Westin business hotel (it used to be a...

We decided to start our holiday a day earlier than planned and decided to spend the additional day in Munich before heading to Innsbruck. The plan was to come back to Munich and spend 4 nights there later so we decided to try Westin for the 1st night. We were absolutely delighted by this 1 day spent here that we...

Been to this hotel several times during my layovers in Munich, the location is really good as it is just 20 minutes away from the airport and 10 min from downtown, there is a train stop really close that will bring you easily to the city centre. Around the hotel you'll find a supermarket and some bars if you wish...
