We went to much in July 2016, first of all this hotel was beautiful, the room was big and the restrooms were beautiful! This was my fist time coming to Germany so I really didn't know what to expect but this hotel blew me away. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no wifi in the rooms...

I enjoyed a short yet wonderful stay at the grand Westin in Munich. From the quick check in, cordial service, wonderful facilities and food and Spa - everything was wonderful. Highly recommended. Thank you for a great experience.

We visited Munich late october last year and stayed for two nights in the Westin Grand. It is a good hotel for a city trip since it is located directly at a subway station and close to the English garden. However, one can see that the hotel is not the newest anymore and compared to hotels of similar class it...

Spend a night here while traveling through Bavaria. Genuinely a nice and luxurious place with freshly renovated club lounge, which allows for great views across Munich. Our room was nice and the bed cosy, however it wasn't fully clean - the cups for the coffee machine were dirty and we found some packaging on the floor from guests before us....

The hotel is has everything you'd expect - very good breakfast, very clean, nice bar, obliging staff - but it seems to suffer due to its size. There was no overwhelming luxury or nothing to be amazed by. It is close to the underground which was great but the hotel was more of a very good functional 4 star as...

We stayed at this hotel primarily because they had a great pool and a paulaner restaurant in the hotel. What we were surprised by was how friendly the service was, what a nice club room it has, and the comfort of the rooms. It started at the front desk and continued all the way to checkout...friendly service. The views from...

We had two stays, with a trip to Italy in between. For both stays we were given Room 2222, overlooking Effnerplatz, with a beautiful view towards downtown Munich. You could see the Frauenkirche, the Olympic tower and many more landmarks, as well as lesser- known places like St Georg’s in old Bogenhausen, a church where many famous old Munich residents...

As big fans of the Westin/W chain across the world this one in Munich was not as good as many others we have stayed in. Forgetting the rather bland architecture this hotel has an enormous lobby area with what one assumes is huge convention and business uses,so plenty of space. The place seems just a bit weak in terms of...

This is an excellent hotel just a 15mins underground ride to the Old Town of Munich, book a club room well worth any extra cost. Good size comfortable rooms, and nice bathrooms, would definitely stay again.

Went to Grand Munchen on October 2016 and unfortunately got sick and had to extend my stay for 24h more hours (I went working on the flight). Had to call reception for questions and all the time I was very bad answered in very rude ways. Specially by the concierge, Samuele Marmo. Had a situation when I had to call...
