I'll start with the good... The staff seems helpful and friendly. WiFi is OK. Location is fantastic! The bad... Request a room in the back (the smokers rooms), the hotel is beside a club and they scream on the street til 4am. No AC, therefore you have to open the giant windows to get air and then you are exposed...

First night getting there we did not get a wink of sleep. The nightclub directly below us, as we were on level 1, was playing music until about 5am. Then at 7am the staff of the hotel started preparing for breakfast outside our room, so no sleep at all! Plus this room had no air conditioning or ventilation, so it...

Very clean hotel, perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff. 1 min walking distance to metro station, 1 minutes walking to the supermarket, 10 min walking to the main train station, 5 min walking to the city center and very good for money value.

Generally we liked the hotel though we were very afraid of the noise we had read about in feedbacks of other travelers. Luckily we got a quite, rather spacy room for 3 persons (we were 2) - room # 409. The window was to the inner yard thus there was no noise at all. The reception stuff was very friendly...

I concur with most of the reviews below...we had three rooms booked and major disappointments included: - very loud between traffic, construction and nightclub - needs some updates (some of the rooms had VERY old hairdryers and one with a shower you had to hold by hand!) - breakfast, I agree with "snack" term, rolls, some lunch meat/cheese, little cereal,...

A good positioning but was very noisy because in front of the hotel is a restaurant that keeps open later in night! The rooms are clean but with low dotation. The cost vs. Services isn't the best in Munchen.

We thought we were getting a room like the ones shown on their website. What we got was a small room without AC thatsmelled awful due to smokers. We asked for a fan, which they gave us. We opened the window to get some air, but we were still very uncomfortable all night. In the early morning there was noise...

Look, we were a family of three in a street-front room in late Spring without AC. What can I say: it's a busy city street with plenty of sirens and noise, and without AC, there's no way to sleep soundly. We asked for a fan, and instead they delivered a heater, so something is "lost in translation" at this hotel....

We stayed for only 2 nights and that was plenty for Munich itself. The staff were incredibly friendly one lady at reception I wish I got her name with short blonde hair and glasses even gave us tips for where to visit in future locations on our European holiday. Something much appreciated. The room was clean and had air conditioning....
