So I have just come back from a weekend here. The hotel was good. Rooms are large and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and it was very clean. The minibar is free but the contents are meagre - 3 small bottles and 1 packet of nuts/ crisps. I understand it's free (as is becoming quite common...

There is lots to love about this hotel. Let's start with it being an easy stroll from the main train station in Munich. Simply cross the road and a few steps, you're there. This was especially handy, when dragging an awkwardly large snowboard bag down the street. When you walk in, it's a relatively cosy casual setting, modern and clean...

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst working in Munich. Did not have breakfast, although the breakfast area was busy and smelt nice! Parking is not included, and the car park adjacent to the hotel is quite awkward to access and difficult to park a decent sized vehicle. Room was comfy and fresh. Complementary cookies and free minibar (few fizzy drinks,...

Excellent service from check in onwards, very professional. The room decor was a little strange but the bathroom was newly done with high quality fittings. Close to the railway station so easy access. Bar was great. Will be back

A cozy little haven just across from the main station. Nicely turned out rooms. Friendly staff. Perhaps most importantly, a cute little bar with a great gin selection. It offers an unusual, but extremely effective, old fashioned mixed with gin instead of whiskey. Recommended.

I had some problems at the hotel, but i don´t care anymore, because Mr Joerg Hansmann, general manager, treated me so well after my complain that me and my wife can only be thankful for his atention. I wish every hotel could have a manager like that, so the service would be always awesome. And i really think Accor should...

Hotel is clean, staff friendly and very helpful. Excellent breakfast, where there was plenty of choice. The location is ideal, 5 mins from the station and close to all the tourist attractions. I will be happy to stay in this hotel again.

Although located in a narrow street, next to cheap youth hostels and close to adult clubs, Mercure was not a bad or unsafe hotel. On the contrary, the services offered were more than decent. Proximity to the Central Station is a pro, as well as its impressive buffet breakfast! A number of eateries in the neighbourhood provide options even for...

We stayed here because of the high trip advisor reviews, it's the first time we've ever been let down by them. I'm not someone who generally gives negative reviews. During checkin, Fabio couldn't find our reservation and after a few seconds he simply told us we did not have a room and moved on to other work, ignoring us. It...

Dear Mr. J. I have to appolgize for alle these impressions you have had. Fabio is in general a very friendly and polite person and he is working for us since 2 years. I will try to recap on this situation what went wrong. That the heating was not working properly, we have not received any note, because our maintenance...
