Location was alright! But very quiet hotel! Corridors are dark until the automatic lights turn on! Hotel staff where on the whole pleasant besides the first morning getting shouted at on the phone for not coming to breakfast.... really... Massage gets a. 5/10 so don't plan your holiday around that! Also cost me €5 for 2 hot coffees! As hotel...

We were staying in a B&B on the German and Austrian border, and so we were on our own for dinner each night. It started as, let's check this place out because it was near our lodging, but the food brought us back a second time. It looks as if the hotel has done some renovations to the place, and...

We decided to stay in this hotel for 4 days during the Easter holiday. I especially liked that they are promoting family run hotel with friendly athmosphere, unfortunately it was not so true: Reception – no basic information upon check in, we just received keys and two guest cards for discounts on atractions and parking but no information or brochure...

Having vacationed several times now in the Berchtesgaden area I'm always on the look out for somewhere new to eat . This hotel the 'Ferienhotel Neuhäusl' is more than a little off the beaten track & probably wouldn't be the 1st choice of the 1st time visitor... But it really is worth your while taking the trip up the mountain...

Stayed 2 nights in a superior room which was v comfortable with balcony and ate both nights in the restaurant - not exciting but typical Bavarian fare and nicely presented. It's convenient for Eagle's Nest (about 6 mins drive), Berchtesgaden itself and Konigsee, as well as further afield to Salzburg.

We were staying in the village near-by and dropped in to have dinner. The service worked ok, considering that there was just one person waiting and more than ten tables. One could notice that the freindliness was a couple of notches higher for people staying in the hotel than for one coming from outside. The food arrived relatively quickly, in...

We stopped for a lunch on our way to Eagle's Nest, but left after 10 minutes waiting for the waiter to bring our menus. We were not even greeted and nobody really took care. Quite disappointment for this type of hotel. I'm actually sorry to write this review, but they definitely can do better...

Traditional family-run hotel right between Austria and Germany, some 15 min drive from Berchtesgarden. Quiet place in a little village, surrounded by forests and meadows. Walking paths nearby. Rooms with a balcony open to the Eagle's Nest and the nearby forest. Beds are very comfortable, all was clean and nicely decorated. Free wifi. Half board is included in the price...

We stayed here overnight while driving through the Bavarian Alps! Very clean, charming hotel and spa! We booked a dinner package with the overnight stay. The food was very good with special touches like your last name written on a ceramic place card on the table. It's a little bit off the beaten path but definitely worth finding!
