Traditional old hotel, does need updating but didn't spoil experience for us, large comfortable room, everything you could want, tv, shower, lovely bed and linen, very clean. Large restaurant with smaller side room, great food reasonable price and service was friendly and helpful....menus in English would have helped! Situated in the middle of a lovely town surrounded by the Alps.

We were at the hotel with my wife after both of us were heavily overstrained, probably more than ever in life, and we were pretty much restored back in a workable shape within a week. The hotel is convenient, they offer spa treatment (I took the bath, Luftperlbad, and massage - the personnel is very friendly and experienced) and they...

This was my first stay at this hotel, my mother in law has stayed here many times, she is older and likes it. I however did not like much about it. The room was very hot all of the time, no fans or any way to cool down. Very old and dated décor. The location is very nice with all...

I rolled up at this hotel late at night as a last chance saloon after a long days drive, I had not reviewed it on this site. This hotel is well situated on the main pedestrianized thoroughfare within this idyllic town. The ambience is that of a time gone past and indeed the building dates far back, as unfortunately does...

A bit dated, but good location.

The hotel is "dated" but that is a compliment. It has more fine art antiques than in some museums, and that is again a compliment. Excellent, warm and genuine welcome. All the team without exception were attentive to our need. Cannot reccommend highly enough.

Our room was huge, the bathroom was updated. The bed was very comfortable. But it definitely needs an update. The sofa and chairs were very used, the look and decoration was straight out of the 70's. The baby bed was old, some bars were missing and others were holding with tie wraps. The pool area was fine and the location...

The Hotel Luisenbad belongs to the top 4 hotels in Bad Reichenhall. It is very centrally located directly on the pedestrian zone and definitely very quiet. The hotel could do with some renovations. Although all the things were there which are required in order to have 4 stars in Germany (hairdryer, soaps, minibar, 24h reception etc), many of these are...
