Dont expect any service at all. Too bad we were not allowed into the spa which was the reason we booked the room. We were asked to pay 150 eur extra for the spa, which was included in the room price. .

How do we get transportation from the airport to this hotel?
Main railway station is next to the hotel. Go down to the lower level to the S Bahn trains, the S3 and S2 both go to the Flughafen (airport) you can get a ticket from the automatic machines (cash or card) or the counter if it's open. Trains are fairly regular but allow 30 mins for the journey.

The deposit of 80 euros per night that demands the hotel is returned at the checkout?
Hi Rao1104 This is a common thing in Europe (perhaps you don't do it in Canada, I don't know). But its really no problem, they take your credit card details but never take any money out unless it is owed to them. Hope you enjoy your trip to Stuttgart, its a lovely city. Check out my review on Bakery Lang - a good place to have breakfast just round the corner from the hotel, also Ochs-n Willi for dinner one evening.
