I stayed with them twice this year. The second time they considered me their regular guest and offered free upgrade. The only reason for that was - the higher standard room was available. LOL I don't spend time in a hotel and to Mannheim I go always for one night so tiny bed is all I need it but it...

It is a time warp and if that's what you like you'll be fine here. Due to the decor and facilities available this hotel is the uk equivalent of 2 Star rating not 3 star. Positives: 1. Generally pleasant staff on reception and dining room 2. Location is good for both town centre and beyond; 20 min walk from station,...

At first: The last official check for our 3-star Hotel was in October 2015. Dear guest, thank you for your comments, even it is more negative then positive. But i can't understand what was wrong with the negative points: when you arrive with heavy luggage, or we see that our guest are in bad condition, we help you with the...

I worked here briefly as a Zimmermädchen over 40 years ago. Coming back as a guest I wasn't quite sure what to expect and was very pleasantly surprised. No longer a poor university student I was able to afford the newly renovated courtyard room - it was excellent - good bathroom, nice and quiet. The family still run the hotel,...

Some rooms are renovated, but some are 20+ years. The building itself is nice, and the breakfast is ok. A good location, near the city center. The hotel was quiet. But for the money there are better values at other hotels, but it's nice with hotels that are still owned by a family.

We stayed here for one night, picking the hotel mainly because it was recommended by the box office of the Nationaltheater as being situated close by. The location was perfect for our opera visit and also for an extensive walk the next morning in the beautiful Louisenpark (a cross between a botanical garden and a zoo) close by. A brisk...

Stayed with my elderly father who has a bad knee and was disgusted at the lack of a lift in the block we were put in even though I did mention his knee in my booking form. The block looked like it was built recently at the bottom of the garden. First impressions were of a small well-run family hotel...

My wife & I stayed for 4 days at US$ 125 / night. Can't fault the hotel on too much. Espresso at breakfast would have been nice. I also did not see any air conditioning, so not sure if this would be a problem during summer. The walls appear to be thin (At least in the bathroom), but the hotel...

Looks like the list was additionally installed and it only stops on each stair landing = you have to drag your luggage down about 10 stairs. Better than nothing but ..........
