We stayed at the Bergseestuble in March 2017, with our adult Daughter. I'll start with the good things: The apartment was spacious and nicely equipped, seemed new or recently renovated, very well maintained. Beds and furniture were nice and clean, close to the Triberg falls, and it has a restaurant adjacent to it under the same management, which was nice...

We found the apartment adequately equipped but lacked a microwave. However the noise from the road outside from 6am to 6pm made it unpleasant. You couldn't really use the balcony until evening. In hot weather the room gets very stuffy. Triberg itself suffers from the same problem and also attracts loads of coach trips to "see the waterfalls". Away from...

The apartment was very large, which is great since we brought our 3 dogs with us. It is in a very central location, just a short walk down to all the shops, and a very easy walk to the waterfall. We left our car in our parking spot for about an hour after we checked out to go on one...

we travelled to the black forest this summer. two families of adults and 3 kids each. the room was very nice and cozy, especially for the parents, the kids slept over an open sofa, in the kitchen /living room area. the kitchen is basic, no stove. the view from the balcony in our room was breathtaking! a small lake and...

My husband and I stayed here with our adult son in may2014. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well stocked. The owner was delightful and very helpful. It is a very comfortable place to stay for an extended period.

We stayed here with our two small children. We booked the quadruple room and had plenty of space for the second bed (a fold out couch) and a portable crib. Our room had a breakfast area and a kitchen sink as well. The room is very basic and nothing fancy, but more than served it's purpose. We were very happy...

Three of us booked last-minute for one night and were very pleasantly surprised by our lodgings. It cost £46/night for a triple room and it's clearly meant for slightly longer stays as there are kitchen facilities. The room itself is a fairly basic apartment but for about £15 per person it's fantastic value, and our room had not one but...

This hotel is slightly outside of town, but it was quieter here. The waterfall was within walking distance. The rooms were fully furnished (coffee maker, free wifi, etc). The staff was very helpful and tolerant of our difficulties speaking German. The restaurant was wonderful! Triberg itself is a bit of a tourist trap, and the waterfall is underwhelming. It was...

We stayed at this hotel in May 2013. The accomodations were excellent and the owners were very friendly. The kitchenette came equipped with all the necessities and the room was clean, bright and very comfortable. A home away from home which I wouldn't hesitate to book again if in Triberg. There is a lovely pond with ducks just outside the...

Been to and through Triberg area many times, but needed to stay this time. Found this delightful pension with a warm welcome. Excellent position to explore the area and close to the waterfalls, which would be great to see. Too much snow when there, so will most certainly return and stay again when the weather is better. Eat in the...
