This is a friendly, helpful, family hotel. The husband, wife and daughter were unfailingly efficient and affable. The room was very comfortable, nicely furnished and well decorated. The quiet was only disturbed by the ringing of the nearby church's bells. The position is excellent. Breakfast was very good.

We stayed in a room facing the ugly back yard. As the road isn't busy, the front rooms are probably not too noisy either. The décor is tired and the whole hotel could do with some renovation! Breakfast is great even though the lady of the house obviously wasn't in her best mood that morning. Location couldn't be better and...

This hotel is on a quiet street but a quick walk to most everything. The room was nice with a balcony, nothing too remarkable about it. Breakfast was very good. Our only complaint was upon arrival-after an overnight flight, a train ride, then a bus ride, then carting our bags around trying to find the place-the woman at the desk...

Right in the middle of the city, close to shops, restaurants and the incredible Michaelsberg park within walking distance. A walk by the river in Dalien Garten is a must. Fine dining at the Restaurant zur Krone. And good discount shops!

We have just returned for our 3rd time in this very friendly hotel . The hospitality of this family run hotel is wonderful - nothing is to much trouble - we did a paraglide off the mountain and George arranged and booked this for us and one of our friends landed face down ( sorry shouldn't laugh but so very...

A very nice family run hotel in a central and strategic position to take advantage of all opportunities for recreation (theater, baths, walks, etc.) offered by this beautiful city that is Baden Baden. Excellent breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very important is the availability of parking at a reasonable price

Spending time here was very good, especially with my partner. It was long since we tried to get a vacation, this time was good. After travelling from India we think service levels should improve. But overall it is a very good place to be. Just right. Not So much not so little

Baden-Baden is a sweet little town, with both upscale and basic places to eat and hang out. This hotel was just a five minute walk from their conference center and downtown area. It is on a picturesque narrow street without much traffic. There's a window with a flowerbox to lean out of and take in the air. Bathroom fine, bed...
