Stayed here for 2 nights at the start of our European tour. What a fantastic city and the Aqua Aurelis suite hotel is just great. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were given enough information about the city. They were really friendly and helpful. They organised tickets for the Friedrich Spa and booked us a couple...

Excellent hotel in central Baden-Baden. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Our suite was clean and spacious with a great view overlooking Caracalla Spa. The bathroom was huge which is quite uncommon in Europe. Bath towels were provided for our spa visit and we found out that tickets could be brought from the front desk which was very convenient....

My husband and I took a short midweek break to this hotel in Baden-Baden. The hotel was well appointed and our room was much larger than we have found typical in similarly priced hotels. Three negative points, keeping this to four stars not five. 1) The bed was two singles pushed together with separate duvets, which we as a couple...

From the moment we arrived the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and the decor is modern and high quality. The room (we use the word 'room' rather than 'suite') had a lovely view over the Caracalla therme and towards Altes Schloss, therefore we recommend that you book one with a Caracalla view. Breakfast was lovely with...

Small hotel with polite and helpful staff. A bit small breakfast room..very little space to enjoy your breakfast. There is a small garage under the hotel, which is nice, so don´t drive to public parking hall across to hotel.

A short walk from the town centre and an underground connection to a large wellness centre. Rooms are clean (although the toilet was filled with cigarette butts, which for a non smoking hotel is pretty shabby!!) but the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are great value and delicious and although the hotel itself doesn't have a full lunch...

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in suite 304 during my summer holiday in europe. I used it as hub to visit eurpa park and strassbourg. This hotel is really excellent hotel, the location can't be beaten. It is next to the centre with unlimited access to alot and alot of shops, reatuarants and cafe and having good...

1. Upon arrival the room was not ready. We were given 3 deadlines, each time it was still not ready. 2. While waiting, we overheard how a couple who arrived with a written confirmation was told the hotel made a mistake and booked them for 2013. The hotel was fully booked. 3. Our room faced a main road with noisy...

Baden Baden is a great destination and the hotel itself was rather pleasing. A short walk and you are in the main hub for great coffees, lunches and shopping. The hotel staff are a little blunt and not so welcoming. We were travelling with a toddler so I guess the perception of young kids is sometimes misleading. The rooms are...

Stayed with my wife at this hotel for two separate nights as Baden-Baden was our gateway both in and out to and from the Black forest. The rooms were very big and spacious (especially the first room which was a suite with separate living and sleeping areas), bed was very comfort and large. Minor issues with the rooms: The first...
