There is so much that is wrong with this hotel I dont know where to start. Firslty, Dont fall for the aircon. There is none, it is a heater. There are no windows to the outside on some of the rooms - they open over the restaurant that closes late and starts to set up for a terrible breakfast very...

Stayed for one night on business and must say this is the worst hotel I have ever used. Room was dirty, walls were stained, no information in the room about Wi-Fi etc. and the room phone didn't work but worse of all was the bed. Every spring could be felt to the point that I slept on the duvet to...

I go to this hotel each time I had exams at school, I paid through hotwire so quite cheap (70£ the night). Good reception, good breakfast, good restaurant, the jacuzzi is "ok" but not very luxury, room and hotel are a bit hotel but it does the job considering we are central lyon for this price we cannot be too...

The worse hotel experience... Everything here is just terrible, The location ( between a busy boulevard and the railway) The noise in the room ( consequence of them location and a poor noise management) the welcome desk staff ( not nice at all). the services ( the Saturday check in was just a nightmare and it took us more than...

The hotel is easy to find. Location is great but the staff needs English lessons. My room was located on the first floor of the hotel. Though the room had a stink of cigarettes to it and also when you open the window the part that runs below the window was covered in cigarette ash. I greatly appreciated the swimming...

This wouldn't even satisfy my expectations for a 3-star...let alone 4-star they claim. No air conditioning. Noisy location. There are better hotels more conveniently located from train station. The building is run down badly. Only one elevator working. Walls marked and desperately needing maintenance. Service at desk was not the nice friendly Lyonais way I've come to expect - but...

Stayed here a couple of days because of conference at university that is close by. Arrived at 14.40h but was not allowed in room yet. Only after 15h. Bit strange. rooms are ok, with even cooking possibilities and fridge. Internet costs 1.05 euro per day. My room was on the inside of the hotel, overlooking a kind of inner court...

Not recommended when travelling with family. The hotel was posted as a 4 star, however, it should be fairly advertised as a 3. My room was not even 3 star quality with fixtures and appliances. It would be an ok hotel to stay for a night when in transit through Lyon Part dieu.

Stayed here during a Contiki trip. Hotel was clean. Our room was right next to train tracks so it was quite loud at night. The food was average and the drinks were pricey. Finding the metro was quite difficult and walking back to the hotel after dark was a little sketchy.

DO NOT STAY THERE There we awefull stains on the walls, several of them. There was no AC. The room was visibly dirty. The bathroom door was half painted. They charged us for wifi... The room was only made available at 3pm. When I advised the staff, they simply agreed and acknowledged they had received many complaints in the past....
