Cons: The room had a/c but it didn't ever seem to get cool in the room. Also, even with the do not disturb sign on the door the hotel maid service still came in the room. We didn't eat the breakfast because we thought it was priced too high. Pros: Affordable, good location, clean room, friendly and helpful staff. We...

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for this review. First we apologize for the problem you experienced with our housekeeping staff in the morning. Concerning the A/C, the system has been fully renovated last year and is working properly, however I asked the technician to check the installation. We do our best to offer the best quality level of service...

The hotel was clean and the staff efficient and friendly. We had two twin rooms for four friends sharing. One room was very small, the other was a reasonable size. It seemed inequitable that both cost the same. Very good position in the centre puff the tourist attractions areas of interest

Dear Maggie, Thank you very much for this feedback. As the hotel is built in a very old building, all of our rooms have different configurations. However we offer the same level of equipment and comfort which explains why the rates are similar. For your next stay, I recommend you to try our Privilege room. They offer more space and...

This hotel was a great place to stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the two armchairs to sit on were appreciated after a full day of sightseeing . The hotel was central to the peninsula portion of Lyon and close enough to walk to the railway station ( 20 mins easy walking). The free mini...

We were supposed to stay two nights here on Aug 7 and 8. We took an early evening flight from Nice to Lyon ad reached this hotel around 8:30 pm. I had unloaded our luggage from our rental car, when I saw my boyfriend running out of the hotel, telling me our reservation which was fully paid for since last...

Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry that you could not stay at our place last August. Indeed, sometimes it can happen that hotels have to relocate guests and even if we tried to do it the best way we could, i totally understand that it can be a frustration when it comes to you. I...

We arrived on a very hot day after a long flight and train ride. The staff greeted us in an exceptionally friendly way. A cold pitcher of water, with various flavorings standing by, hit the spot. We got a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the adjacent plaza, and the air conditioning was very welcome. The room had all the...

This is a very well located hotel to the commercial part of Lyons. All the high end shops are within walking distance if you are so inclined. The bedrooms are very small but well laid out. The hotel was very quite and the bed was very comfortable. We did not have breakfast in the hotel as there are plenty of...

I stayed here for four nights in August. While visiting France I managed to lose my cell phone. I split my two weeks in Lyon both here and at the nearby Hotel Carlton Lyon, and that probably isn't fair to the Beaux Arts which unfortunately didn't match the extremely high standards at the Carlton. For one thing, the front desk people here were often nowhere to be seen whenever we returned at night! It is likely they were...

Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. As we are in the heart of the presqu’ile, it is true that you can hear some street noise when you keep the window open from some rooms.
