Located in one of the two main shopping streets in Lyon this is brilliantly located. It's a short walk to the old town, but I would suggest a better place to stay than actually in the old town itself. This way you get to see the other side of Lyon too. I never sleep well on my first night in...

We stayed at the Mercure Beaux-Arts in September 2015, we were greeted by friendly, efficient and helpful staff who checked us in and gave us a brief run down of the area, along with a useful map of Lyon. We opted for a Privilege room and were very pleased with our choice, our room (No.209) was a delight. Over looking...

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for this great review. The hôtel has been fully renovated last year, and our privilège rooms are very convenient to enjoy a romantic stay. The view over the Jacobin square is splendid and the central location of the hôtel is perfect to visit the city. We hope to welcome you soon again to do...

The hotel has an excellent central location on the peninsula, making it easy to walk most places. We walked from the Gare de Lyon with our luggage (about 20 min.), but other option is to take a cab. You can also take the metro (Cordeliers Bourse stop), then walk down pedestrian zone street to the hotel which is just around...

We stayed for just one night but wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is perfectly located near a vast array of restaurants and just a short walk over the bridge to the old town. Our room was on the smallish side but immaculate and had a good bathroom with an excellent shower. The young lady on reception who...

Hotel location is perfect, can't be beat for shopping & seeing the sights. Room had window with black out drapes, bed was comfortable and kettle and bottle of water were in the room. The room was also bigger than most European hotels. Staff were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again. This is a 3 star hotel in...

My husband and I stayed with our 11-month old baby in this hotel. The service was great from the time we booked online through to check-out. I requested a baby cot in the room when booking online and got an email from the hotel within minutes assuring me that they would put a baby cot in the room for us....
