Ideally placed in the city centre between the two rivers. Surrounded by shpps and restaurants. Short walk to the Old Town only 5-10 minutes. Nice quiet room. Breakfast ridiculously overpriced so we had brunch out instead - plenty of choice nearby including lovely bagel place and a lovely tea-shop.

I stayed in January 2017 for 8 nights in Mercure Beaux Arts. My previous reviews are still accurate, have a look at them for the description of the rooms. I will just add that the new breakfast room made the breakfast much better. A new central table showcases the offering, witj bonus points for the fruit press. The staff is...

The hotel was OK, but I had a couple of very disappointing experiences at this hotel. The staff was nice, but a bit uneffecient. The room was OK, but some strange/cheap solutions. Not possible to get any food in the evening. I will not use this hotel again.

I have stayed many times in this hotel. Good location (close to metro line A). Friendly staff. Rooms are quiet. Excellent breakfast. The bar is not as cosy as in some other hotels. The standard rooms are fairly small, so if you can afford it, ask for a "privilège" room.

Great location to visit the old town. We used the metro to go to sights and airport. Also near a street with many restaurants. When we were there they were redoing the breakfast room. Like the room decoration.

The location is perfect, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are enormous by European standards. We also appreciated the breakfast. It wasn't a large spread (bread, cheese, fruit, coffee), but in a place where eating out can be quite expensive, it's nice to be able to fuel up on some fairly tasty bits and pieces every...

An excellent location, right in down town, each to visit any place, surrounded by shops all around, eating joints, what else would you ask for. Hotel quite cosy but rooms facing road side are small. If you are alone, its manageable but for a couple, it could be a bit cramped. Breakfast, almost same menu everyday. Could get boring if...

Modern, clean and confortable hotel, with spacious rooms. Perfectly located, in the heart of the best shopping area, within walking distance to the Old Town and many restaurants and cafés. Friendly staff. Only ok breakfast, given its high price (19 euros). A bit pricy, but I would certainly go back and recommend.

Stayed here for 3 days, to our surprise we were upgraded. It is located right on the main shopping street, convenient to the Bellecour metro station and within walking distance to Vieux Lyon. The rooms are clean, modern and cozy. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
