Located in the center is all things Grenoble. Walk out your door to shop, dine, or sight see. The Citadines is a funky hotel. From it's up scale Euro outside & lobby the rooms lack any style. They are tired, furniture old, & and uncomfortable. The rooms looks like they were decorated with left overs from a flea market. The...

I had a massive overcharge on my final bill. The parking was charged for each person, not for each car, so it was about 200 Euros more than it should have been. I asked for correction, it was very slow, and still contained some overcharge. The lady even overcharged my credit card, and then had to refund it. In the...

I stayed here most of last winter and recently went back for a week. The staff still remembered me which I thought was lovely. I stayed here a lot because it is an aparthotel, so you get a kitchenette and can cook your own meals if you like. There are two supermarkets and plenty of other shops in the same...

We, 2 adults and 2 children, stay in this hotel 3 nights, in a family room with a separated bedroom. It was calm, clean and perfectly designed with a separation between the kitchen and the sitting room. The only weak point is the AC which is old and not easy to control: to be replaced. Very smiley and helpful staff

Rooms are clean and tidy and of good proportions. Small kitchen handy to prepare snacks but remember that you will need to buy coffee/tea/milk - two supermarkets opposite. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Quite central and just off tram stops. On a one way system so its accurate map reading or sat nav. Parking has to be paid for and...

If you just need somewhere to shower and get a good nights sleep there is nothing wrong with this place. Mixed in the what looks like a CBD district you aren't far away from lots of restaurants and bars. Some sightseeing items are also not to far away either. Room was clean and plenty of room with a little kitchenette....

“There is no air-conditioning in the room and you shoul be aware that summer in Grenoble sometimes is very hot.”

“It can get very hot in Grenoble. I noticed on other reviews something about asking reception for a desk fan but I ignored this advice and it's too late at 1.00 in the morning. Maybe if you think it's going to be a very hot night discuss it with someone earlier in the day. Naturally the heat wave ended on the day I left”
