Good location, clean room - lots of hot water.
Reception was unmanned, unhelpful reception staff at checkin. Didn't tell us about entry code and WiFi code, had to find this out from other guests.
Bar service was fine, breakfast was poor value for money. I wouldn't bother, old man at breakfast didn't speak any English and was quite abrupt.
Hotel could do with a general make over as showing its age.
Will definitely look elsewhere next time.

Very clean room and nice location overlooking the lake. You need a car to go into Evian town centre as a bit far to walk. Good locally sourced food served in the restaurant and only friendly helpful staff at the hotel
The negatives are Wi-Fi connection is poor and you have to ask for code which expired after 48 hours. No-one at reception the owner elderly man spoke no English and was rude. Breakfast and dinner have limited time scales 8.00 /9.30 bŕeakfast & 7.00/8.30 dinner. No bar facility and no staff to be seen. Avoid this hotel if you're English speaking and value good basic customer service.

Where do I start? Positives nice room, good location great views from our superior double room with balcony good food from on site restaurant. Negatives On arrival we recieved a cold greeting we were given a room key an entry code and left to our own devices no imformation regarding wifi breakfast or bar services. English is not really spoken here even though the website states otherwise. Communication is difficult and you get the impression that if you dont speak French you are not welcome The only smiles we got throughout our stay was from the Waitress and the lady who checked us out when we were paying our bill. Wifi is hit and miss, breakfast window is tight 8 to 9.30 as is dinner 7 to 8.30 ( we were refused food at 8.45) No bar facilities either. There is no real reception so no one with local knowledge to help you. One time on ringing the reception bell the owner came and said he didn't speak english and demonstrated to me to return at 19.00 when somebody could help me. I later heard him speaking some broken English to another gentleman. So to sum up its not really a Hotel its a very limited b&b . Avoid especially if your from the UK or any other nation that is English speaking.

We only stayed in the hotel because our usual places for Evian golf championship had been booked out. And sincerely, will hardly ever come back. The service is inexistent - the owner (and the receptionist) was on the phone with his family when checking us in, could not find the booking even when we showed the confirmation email from 2 months ago and then making inappropriate jokes when checking us out. We only got a room with two beds (ok, I guess that's the only one they had), the shower is splitting water everywhere, the non-smoking room has ash on the balcony... Well, once again, next time we'll make the booking earlier and go to the usual place where we are sure about the excellence of the service.

The location of this hotel is super - just across the road from the shore of Lake Geneva. Our second floor room had a balcony and allowed us to admire the view. On a warm night with no air-conditioning, having the patio door open not only allowed in fresh air but also the noise of passing traffic - this hotel is situated on a busy main road. We dined in the hotel restaurant, or rather the terrace again overlooking the lake. An excellent prix fixe menu very reasonably priced with a good bottle of wine. This is a third generation family owned hotel who seem to take a real pride in making their guests feel really welcome. A good buffet breakfast prior to departure rounded off our stay.
