My husband and I have just returned from a quick trip to Chamonix. We were only there one night, but we were left with a wonderful impression. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of town, with lovely views of the mountains. Our room was quiet, comfortable and spotless. The staff was impeccable. They really made us feel welcome....

This was my first big trip on my own and the staff of the hotel were incredibly helpful and kind in attending to any question I had, including helping me find a restaurant (beautiful, right on the river), suggesting day hikes and directing me to transport, helping me look for something I lost, in every way I felt at home...

Stayed at this hotel in September with my sister and what I remember the most about it was how welcoming, how helpful and nice was it's staff. As a bonus, the location was great, the room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast spread was pretty good. I will definitely recommend it.

This small hotel is well placed in the centre of town with parking for those who need it. Traditional good quality furnishings are smart and comfortable both in the rooms and in the communal areas. From the moment you walk in the door, staff are attentive and friendly, lots of smiles and first names. They love to remember returning guests....

Our family travels to Provence every summer and wanted to start the trip doing something different this year. I found this lovely hotel on-line and could not have been happier with our experience. The location in Chamonix is the best! The room was great. ... The staff was super nice and very accommodating. If we make it back to that...

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights in August and absolutely loved the hotel. We climbed Mont Blanc for two days and the hotel even stored our bags at no charge for a few days. The staff was very warm and friendly, the hotel is located right on the main pedestrian path, and the rooms were very spacious...

My group of six was placed in this hotel by our travel company at the end of a twelve day hike around Mont Blanc. We walked into the hotel exhausted and dirty and were made to feel incredibly welcome by the staff. Our rooms were very elegant, with wood paneling and marble baths. The view from each of our balconies...

The staff went out of their way to be helpful, even when we needed to find another hotel. Our room was super cozy and was a nice spot to land after the TMB. The spa is small but very clean and pretty. Try the Aperol Spritz—yum. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and again.

Great breakfast to start the day and can make a sandwich for later. Rooms vary in size and quite nice while the bathrooms are up to date - bathtubs upon request I imagine. Staff does out of th way to accommodate!

Having returned over many years this centrally located small hotel with an underground car parking excellent as usual except they are letting parties exclusive use of lounge twice in few days, shame as it has pleasant and helpful staff, unfortunately Chamonix is losing some of its charm, the example it’s extensive choice of restaurants but their menus are repetitive and...
