We stayed at Pointe Isabelle for a long weekend. The location is excellent, with access to the train station close by as well as lots of restaurants and a small supermarket across the road. The room was a decent size with a great view of the mountains. We were provided with fresh towels and additional shampoo when requested. The shower...

Stayed here in early March for a week while skiing in the area. We chose to stay in a hotel this year instead of self-catering, and we think we made a great decision. This hotel is really nice, especially when you've had a long day skiing. The rooms are modern and spacious, the bed is comfortable and the staff are...

Stayed 4 nights for a long ski weekend. In short, it was great and probably the best hotel on a ski trip I've stayed in. Modern refurb, great shower, spacious room, great bar and restaurant and perfect location for town and ski bus. Would stay again.

We booked Pointe Isabelle last minute so didn't really know what to expect on our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised! Location is excellent - very central. The ground floor of the hotel is host to a modern open plan reception, bar and restaurant. The theme of the downstairs is replicated in the rooms. Again modern and clean. One night we...

Good quality accommodation well positioned in the centre of Chamonix. We stayed on the 1st floor & found the room to be very comfortable despite having two single beds put together for a double. The bar & restaurant area had a lively atmosphere, we had a couple of evening meals which were to our liking. Only slight faults were a...

We're pleased that you enjoyed your stay! The Pointe Isabelle has a private fiber-optic connection to the internet, and we subscribe to the highest transmission speed available. There are 11 wifi repeaters throughout the hotel. Next time you will hopefully find a good signal wherever you move; if not let pls us know immediately - our wifi should be second...

Just back from a short ski break in Chamonix, booked through Skiweekends, staying at the Pointe Isabelle Hotel, and what a great choice it was too. Check in was seamless and, as we arrived early, we were able to store our luggage in the boot and luggage room. The hotel is situated very much in the heart of Chamonix, with...

Beautiful views. Clean decent sized rooms for Europe. Good Showers, Shelving etc. Absolutely awesome location. Steps from train, bus, pedestrian walkway and recreation centers. Large ski storage room. Staff was awesome. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Helped with everyday adventures. The only thing this hotel is lacking is a family lounge area. Also they should add more suites as there is...

This hotel exceeded our expectations, it was perfect. The views from our balcony made our holiday, we were so grateful for the room we were given (304) with amazing views of Mont Blanc it was breath taking. The room was comfy, spacious, warm and the radiators were a treat! Everything about the room was tip top, especially wth a wet...

The hotel is named after an incredibly intrepid Englishwoman who climbed Mont Blanc wearing Victorian attire and settled in Chamonix. I couldn't fault the Point Isabelle - the rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, plenty of storage / hanging space, a balcony with street and Mont Blanc view, comfortable bed, toiletries, shower room to use on your last day, good breakfast...

Centrally located in Chamonix-the-Alpine village and Shopping/drinking/pizzaing center, Pte Isabella was a good fit for three travelers (3 single beds) late January. Walk anywhere, find the bus, get to the lift. Need anything? Shops with ski goods from all over the world. The alpinist museum is nearby (very interesting, even if you are not a climber or do not ski)....
