Stayed at the hotel for the last couple of years. Well priced and an excellent location very close to town and the ski bus stops across the road. Newly decorated - not to all tastes it must be said. Biggest issue was lack of air con in the room, this meant the window needed to be opened and we were...

Nice hotel well located. Unfortunatly the hotel over charged us and the mistake was only noticed after we left. Contact was made the follwing day and it took over a MONTH to get the refund. Very willing to take the money... Not so willing to give it back.

Nice Hotel with all rooms having a balcony with a view. It's built in a 70's style and our room still had its original décor and fittings which could do with updating. Having said that its great value in a great location.

This Hotel is modern and stylie with a nice lobby bar. The location is perfect and it is a short way to the lifts. Rooms are clean and fashion as all other facilitieas are. My wife and I arrived by bus from Geneva. Easily walked to hotel. The hotel had baggage storage for us until we had a room available. The room was completely renovated from top to bottom. Nicely decorated and spacious. Room had a very comfortable king size bed. Easily walkable to shops in town and area.

This was our second stay. This time we had a newly refurbished room, with no hairdryer, no fridge and no tea and coffee making facilities. The refurbished rooms are small and poorly lit but suitable if you are just skiing. Reception did eventually source a hairdryer for us after my husband was initially told they didn't have any. As a...

We were meant to stay for two nights and left after one! The hotel had just been renovated but the work was not complete. Our room (it was a suite) was freezing - they have clearly not thought through the heating of the corridor and the toilet! The balcony was a mess with an old Coke can on it. The...

This was the second time we have stayed here. The hotel is close to the centre of town and restaurants, within walking distance of the train station and next to the bus stops, so easy access to the ski slopes. Rooms are warm, clean, reasonably priced, recently decorated and renovated, beds are comfortable, choice of two pillows, one square, the...

We rocked up to Chamonix without a reservation and after checking out a few places this seemed the best. The gentleman checking us in was very helpful and offered us the last room. He advised it was a refurbished room. It was small but very clean and comfortable. My only annoyances were that 1. We had no hairdryer (which I'm...

Where to begin? This place was inexcusably terrible. I was with a group that stayed here in late January 2017, which was shortly after the hotel had supposedly completed most of its renovations. We knew we weren’t getting the refurbished rooms, but the common areas were supposed to be completed. They were not, and the photos on the website were...
