We stayed here in the height of summer and were on the second floor. It was stiflingly hot, there as no aircon or fan. Even in the evening when it started to cool down the staff didn't bother to open the windows up in the hallways to let the hot air out. We only had one window and it took...

We seek bargins and we found one online with this hotel. Whie the rooms are large and the beds comfortable. We knew there was no air conditioning but the large overhead fan worked for us. The toilet was another matter. There is a permanently open window in the bathroom for a smelly reason. The flush lever didn't function properly but...

The property is just lovely at this hotel just outside of Sant-Remy. Our room faced the front and the pool, with nice large windows as well as AC. The decor is nothing fancy, but the room was quiet and clean and the bathroom/shower was great. The pool and the grounds were the best. We took wine from our minibar out...

This was our 5th stay at the wonderful Canto Cigalo over the last 6 years and we love it as much as ever. We always choose the rooms overlooking the lovely garden and pool, not just for the view but they also have aircon. Breakfast (now self-service) is taken under the mulberry trees. Each evening we stroll the 15 mins...

Small, quiet hotel located in a picturesque Provencal building with a beautiful garden. Hotel rooms and amenities themselves are fairly basic, but rooms are clean and the service was good overall. We did have trouble getting the correct number of towels one evening, but the woman who runs the hotel responded immediately. Breakfast is a basic spread of coffee, cheeses,...

Our chosen hotel for this years second Provence Brocante trip, and we were pleased with the result. Beautiful building, lovely rooms, (a bonus was a large 1st floor open patio facing the evening setting sun) and friendly service. An outdoor pool for summer visitors is a nice touch. A bit remote from the town, it is quite a hike by...

St Remy was a high light of my recent trip cycling through the south of France. This hotel was fine, it was clean and breakfast was standard. The staff was efficient if not overly friendly. The décor was a little dated and it lacked some of the charm we had come to expect from Provence.

Here is a lovely, small hotel, in very pretty surroundings, just a short way from the (very small) center off St. Remy. It's a good find in a town full of not-inexpensive places to say. This town has not changed a lot over the years, and it is still a great base for exploring much of Provence. You can walk...

We stayed here for one night travelling from Carcassonne to Apt. While the hotel bedroom was large, the decor was a little dated and drab. Breakfast was typical, with space in the breakfast room very limited. We had a frosty first impression - the manager had sent us a mail confirming security gate code which we hadn't seen. . ."you...
