Room smelt a bit musty so had to open the windows. Toilet cistern was broken so was constantly dripping - glad it was in a separate room behind 2 doors. Cooked breakfast was lukewarm even at 7.30am. Not much in the area (bars, restaurants etc). 25 miles (45 mins) from the airport. Only good thing was it was close to...

Traveled from NJ to Marseille with family to attend a wedding, stayed at this hotel, LOVED IT. They have an excellent room service menu for vegetarians as well as meat lovers. They have a bar that is open until midnight. They have laundry/dry clean services. GEANT supermarket, McDonalds, KFC, IKEA, are all10 minute drive away. Room service and front desk...

Nice Hotel. Cool bathrooms, nice swimming pool. But in the swimming pool there is a big hole underwater, which is actually a light, which can scare some children. Nice play area for kids. Good food in the restaurant. Very helpful staff. Major problem is that the location shown on Apple maps is about 1km from the actual hotel, which made...

It's about 20 minutes or so away from the old port ,again depending on traffic. No places to eat around where the hotel is, however there is a big drive through McDonald's on the right 3 roundabouts away when you leave hotel parking. When parking in the hotel be careful when you park near the F1 side because the walk...

Lovely little hotel, standard rooms but spacious modern & very clean. Separate Toilet & shower, tv and a speaker for you to connect ur music too. Lovely swimming pool. Food was nice i had the breakfast buffet & lunch here. Drinks are overpriced but then this hotel is in the middle of nowhere so they can charge extortionate prices. Half...

We stayed one night, when visited Marseille by car. I had negative impression by staff at check-in and room quality. As a platinum member of Accor hotels I picked this chain for family trip and feel sorry about that. There was no special attitude. I had to ask/demand for free beverage voucher at check-in. Room was standard, that is called...

The single bed was broken and it is not acceptable for a price over 100 euro per night. The receptionist was great and very kind, but still, we went there for the sleep, not to socialise. A good thing was that the parking was free and was under CCTV 24h.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights on business and ate in on both evenings. The reception is friendly, the rooms could do with an update, but clean and a nice, functional standard novotel bathroom. no safe.Bed was very comfortable! The bar and restaurant are understaffed, so the service is slow, but the food is good (although a pissaladiere with...

Having received 4 mails this afternoon from Accor requesting I review this hotel - here goes. The hotel is out of town and very dated. Rooms are comfortable but tired and carpets need a very good clean. Restaurant is Ok, with a reasonable choice of food, quality OK. Service in the restaurant is poor. Breakfast is OK.
