The minute you walk inside you feel at home. Annick and her family and staff welcome you into their beautiful home where rooms overlook the small pool. The common areas are gorgeous, and the rooms are sizable for French standards - with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast in the morning is a great start to...

Several of the reviews refer to room 806 being very nice. We would like to know! This was the room we had booked and paid a deposit for but on arrival Annick showed us to another room. She didn't really seem to care and just gave us a kind of Gallic shrug. It got our holiday off to a poor...

A little hard for the taxi to find since it is on a one way street, and marked by a small sign next to a tea room also run by the Hostess, Annick. Very nice comfortable and quiet room. The breakfast was terrific, with all the usual breads, pastries, meats, etc. plus freshly made fried (or baked) eggs. The location...

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this delightful table d'hote just blocks from the Old Port. Annick and her husband were exceptionally helpful and welcoming--recommending their favorite non-touristy restaurant in the heart of the tourist area and permitting us to park in front of their garage for the two nights we stayed with them. Imagine a very...

This is a special place. It's beautiful, welcoming, relaxing, quiet and well located. Lovely breakfast, has a small lap pool in the courtyard. On a street with a few cool home furnishing shops, near restaurants and the marina. The owner was around and helpful, the rooms were beautifully appointed. The bathrooms were nicely appointed, but perhaps not as private as...

During our Honeymoon we traveled through France staying at many places. This was one about which we were most skeptical since we couldn't book through traditional sites. I communicated with Annick via email to reserve the room. Since Annick's English is limited, I used Google Translate to send my emails in French and read hers. It all worked nicely and...

I can't recall how we came across Casa Honore. We'd checked out some other hotels but wanted central location with personality and Casa Honore has it by the bucket load. Staying here has made us feel like residents rather than sheer visitors. Room 806 at the top of the house provided a chic lair perfectly restful after a day's exploration...

Stayed 4 nights with a friend: pros ~ great location, beautiful rooms and building and swimming pool. Great breakfast. Cons: However the owners do not encourage guests to spend any time in the sitting areas downtown & offer no information re restaurants, etc. The husband never even said hello, though he was in the breakfast room several times. We felt...

Once in through the unassuming black door we are met by Annick who speaks a little more English than we do French and led to our room. Black shiny floors are covered in colourful rag rugs and we look down on to a leafy courtyard with swimming pool. The hotel has a number of sitting areas downstairs with collections of...

We stumbled upon Casa Honore while looking on line for somewhere to stay in Marseille. We looked at some of the larger properties but were challenged being a group of 3. Casa Honore was perfect. The owner, Annick, is lovely and welcoming. I will say that communication before we arrived was a bit challenging as Annick speaks limited English and...
