What to say about this farmhouse restaurant just up the road from Orange? We went hoping for a delightful French lunch, but left fuming as a result of truly awful service. That was a shame - the food itself was quite nice. But nothing could compensate for the slow and surly service delivered by the two female waitresses. Both of... More

This is a very nice hotel with an excellent dining room. You just get the feeling that they are trying a bit too hard. Everything was fine but little things were annoying like the cupboard doors had no handles and the juice dispenser at breakfast was badly designed and everyone had difficulty with it. However the food was good and... More

Our first visit to this hotel and we were surpriced When our navigation system led us through the City and out on the countryside, down a dirtroad and to an old farm house peace fully withdrawn from the trafic. A nice receptionist (the owner) meet us and showed us up on the first floor into a beautifull " oldfashioned" modernised... More

On the way from Switzerland to Nice, we stopped at this small hotel/restaurant near Orange where the chef/owner warmly welcomed us. At €85 the standard bedroom was clean, adequate, quiet and had good wifi access. For dinner we selected the menu Manon at €55 per person and were recommended by the owner (him again) a bottle of excellent local white... More

We stayed at the Mas des Aigras for one night. We had the 'yucca' room which is at the ground floor just next to the restaurant. It has a little outdoor salon, which is not the most private but is very charming, since it opens up on the lovely garden with chicken roaming free! We had a very pleasant dinner... More

We stayed four nights at Le Mas des Aigras in July 2013. We were met by a very pleasant young man who did not speak English but tried very hard indeed. He carried our bags to the top floor as there aren't any lifts. The room and bathroom were ok with a lovely view out over the vineyards. I was... More

We stayed there for two nights with a week in between both. The first night we had a nicely renovated room with a brandnew and splendid bathroom, the second time got an older room, out of date and with a rather "used" bathroom, most likely to be refurbished this winter also we hope. There is a garden with a small... More

The place is quite nice with friendly staff, clean premises and a pool on the yard. But I have to say that the rooms are slightly out of date and rather small. Considering that, 85EUR /night + 13EUR/person for a breakfast was not that cheap. But hey! The restaurant is really good!

Once a year on our trip to Spain we stop at Mas des Aigras for a night. We've done that for 10 years (we = a party of 8 to 10 friends). The food is fantastic and we’ve always enjoyed it. The rooms are small but nicely done. The Mas is well situated near the motorway but quiet nevertheless. So... More
