We stayed in the farmhouse and received warm hospitality from Hugh and Linda. It was an excellent stop-off during our Offa's Dyke walk. Despite being a little offttrack, Hugh and Linda were very helpful dropping us off at a pub for supper and taking us back to the path the following morning. Aileen and David Murray

Lovely place to stay. Very friendly hosts. Lost my Mother in Law & son's girl friend at one point & found them drinking wine with Hughie in the conservatory. We were offered Bucks Fizz one morning at breakfast as we were about to celebrate my daughter's wedding. The grounds & view were glorious in the sunshine -but I can imagine...

Fabulous stay - Linda and Hugh were very welcoming and made us feel "at home" straight away with a beautiful cream tea. Nothing was ever too much trouble - Hugh even drew me a map, drove in front of me to Ruthin to show me the way and also to the next meeting point of the Offa's Dyke Path. Superb...

We stayed for a week in the small cottage and it was fantastic. The level of accommodation is great, the brilliant bath and lovely super king size bed added to the luxury. All mod cons (dishwasher, microwave, freezer, combi washing machine/ tumble dryer) made this a comfortable stay but the surroundings and the peaceful location really made the holiday. The...

We stayed with Huw and Linda last week and can't wait to go back. We we're welcomed with tea and homemade scones, our hosts were making the lasange for the evening meal and it smelt gorgeous! There is a lake in the grounds with holiday cottages too! We were invited to use the swimming pool but sadly hadn't brought our...

Stayed for one night B & B whilst doing Offa's Dyke path. Hugh and Linda picked us up (3 couples) on the path and drove us to/from the B & B. Very hospitable couple, scones on arrival, good dinner and breakfast, very comfortable accommodation in beautiful gardens. Even a heated outdoor swimming pool! Would definitely stay again and would recommend...

My son and I stayed one night at Hugh and Linda´s Glan Clwyd Isa B&B. The farm was old and beautiful, with very good surroundings for relaxing after a long walk. We especially appriciated the swimmingpool and the bathtub. Our hosts were friendly in a natural and relaxed manner. We felt at home and spoiled.

A beautiful old house, full of character but comfortable and spacious and the grounds include a lake and a swimming pool. After a long day's walking we were welcomed with a scones, cream and unlimited tea. The owners couldn't do enough for their guests. Highly recommended.
