Arrived early at 12.30 which we knew was way too early for a 3pm check in. I have worked in hotels for years so I know you cant guarantee rooms early, but still efforts are made. We decided to have a drink outside. It appears that the waiting staff also clean the rooms so understandable there was a lack of...

I was stayed during one week. Hotel doesn't look like 4 stars Hotel. Prises are not matched with the hotel's appearances and systems also breakfast price is too much expensive. On the other hand, location and staff are really nice. Room: It was so so and noting is in there. No water or welcoming present just few candies. Normally most...

Well we didn't bank on the Roc D'Azur taking up all the hotels for the week we stayed. The first impression was a good standard, the staff are excellent ( for marking out as supreme Simona & Yoomi), but they appear to be running a skeleton staff at all times. We arrived later than we expected, and were shown to...

We stayed for a couple of nights and really liked this hotel. From check-in until we left the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are lovely and clean, a complimentary bottle of water was also in our room when we arrived. Our room also had a balcony door which opened on a garden terrace. The pool at the...

The staff is amazing. I speak no French and they went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The hotel director Caroline helped us with anything we needed. Large pool, bar, sauna, massage all on site. Hotel is continuing to upgrade. Will come back for sure. Definitely recommend. Good value.

The staff was helpful, the location was close to beaches and marinas for walks, the place was very clean and the room was big. The breakfast area was large and well appointed. Parking was tight but there. There is a small charge unless you park nearby on the street which we managed. We walked to a mini mall by the...

The location of the hotel from St Raphael and Frejus is about 20 mins walk, although you have to drive through St Raphael to get there. 5 mins walk from the restaurant, which was Le Table de Buocher, we used on St Lucia harbour. The roms were clean and tidy with air con in each room. I believe that the...

I knew it was a mistake coming here when the receptionist did not smile or act in a welcoming way. I'm sorry to say but this is a hotel well below par. From the entrance with its chipped steps to the rooms with scuff marks, it is badly in need of a huge overhaul. This is not a four star...
