A 3-star hotel with excellent location in the old town of Ste Maxime. Just over the harbour, near many, many restaurants and only a few hundred meters from the beach. Rooms are far from luxury, but OK for us and not too expensive. (Breakfast is overpriced, though.) This was our second stay. First time, two years ago, we were looking...

Hello, Thank you very much for your comment. Unfortunately, we have no possibility of putting an elevator, that is why we help every customer to carry his luggage. By hoping to welcome you third time to the Hotel Les Palmiers. Very cordially, Julie

This isn't a fancy hotel but its clean and comfortable with great air conditioning. The room we stayed in had a large bed and a single. The toilet room was separate from the bathroom. No fridge. The restaurant across the hotel had a man singing songs in the evening so we sat outside and listened. Helpful staff.

We had a family suite, with 2 bedrooms, separate toilet and nice bathroom. The terrace overlooked the 'boulevard'. The breakfast was ok. Nice staff. Good hotel for people who like buying souvenirs, watching other people. The beach is just accross the street.

Very relaxed and pleasant restaurant, peaceful setting in a shady spot in front of the hotel and overlooking the bay. Out of the busy hubbub of st Maxime, place to watch the world go by from a distance. Very good meal. We had a set menu with huge portions, in fact one course would have been enough. Unhurried but good...

First stayed here years ago when Monsieur et Madame Croisier were in charge. Very nice in every way. About two years ago was staying in the adjoining apt building but went each evening to the Palmiers for dinner - some of the best meals I have had in France! Hope to return soon! Graham McCracken

Great location. Lovely room. The most friendly and helpful staff. Very high standards. We just loved everything about this hotel. It was so relaxing and so much fun. We were lucky to find live music on Thursday night outside the restaurant . It was a retirement treat to celebrate my wife's birthday and we had so much fun that we...

This has the potential to be a really lovely boutique hotel as it's in the perfect location and looks attractive from the outside. However it is very tired, dated and run down inside. My bedroom was at the back of the building, so at least quiet, but it had a run of nasty, old exposed pipework in the bathroom, old...

We have just returned from this hotel, the staff were very friendly. The hotel is very close to the marina and charming little church next door. There are lots of services at the church and there is quite loud bell ringing before the services for a few minutes. Very loud but we liked it. There are lots of places to eat...

This was a last minute booking with most hotels fully booked but I was very pleasantly surprised. Very helpful and friendly staff, great garden restaurant and place to have breakfast. My room was clean but very basic especially bathroom with old fittings and fixtures. Had a good night rest though and would stay again!

I chose to stay here because I had read there was lots of traffic to get to St. Tropez, which is where I wanted to go, and the prices were very high over there, so this hotel, I chose for good reviews but also a great location, directly in front of the port where there is a boat that can...
