We booked a studio with 3 beds which had a small toilet/bathroom and a kitchen space. It was a small studio for 3 people but all the amenities provided worked very well within the room. This hotel is seemed to be in the centre of the Nice railway station and the sea. It is not far away from the railway...

Really clean although small everything you would want for your stay. If we needed anything we just needed to ask at reception and we got. Central location and shops bars restaurants on the doorstep. The metro was a minute walk away and local supermarket on the corner with fresh bread meat and fish.

We booked a small studio...it was very small indeed, but all the appliances were functional and we could buy food from the local supermarkets. In the first day we had a problem with the sink, but the staff fixed it very quick. The towels were replaced every 2 days, someone cleaned the room. They offered us free beach umbrellas. :)

If you are looking for a clean and serviceable room, with cooking facilities and a fridge in the heart of the shopping district of Nice, this is an affordable choice. Rooms on the back of the building are noisy - there is a generator of some kind - so be prepared to wear earplugs. The bed is a fold away...

Stayed in late July. No working AC. We were on third floor. Slept with window open, but seagulls kept making noise. Hot and loud is no way to sleep. The outlet in the bathroom does not work and there is no housekeeping. The employees are all young (20s) and don't care. Wifi hardly ever allows you to connect.

I had accommodation for 9 days in this hotel. Is nice, clean but very small room for us. They clean your room every 3 days and you have to pay ... 13£ I paid for cleaning. Also you have everything in the room, everything for cooking, nothing was missing . It's close to Massena Place where you have a lot...

Standing next to a totally burned out building, this apology for a hotel bares no ressemblance to the publicity . Within 15 minutes we made acquaintance with two roaches, a concave bed, and sound effects from the bathroom in the room above. As for the rest I am at a loss for words, which is very unusual for me. Down in...

The hotel is located just off Jean Medecin Avenue which is the main shopping street in Nice. Nice Ville train station was about a 10 minute walk. The hotel was located in an excellent location for site seeing, we managed to walk to Promenade de Anglais and castle hill. We stayed in a double studio, the room was a bit...

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Situated just off Avenue Jean Medecin it's very close to tram lines. The railway station is just under a 15 minute walk away. The old town is also within walking distance. Given its central location it's perhaps not surprising some noise can be heard at night from outside. However once the...
