The Hyatt Nice exceeded our expectations during the two-night stay. The staff were polite, professional & helpful. The room was very spacious, clean and had an amazing full view of the Sea from our balcony. The hotel is very close to fine dining & many restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will stay there again in the future.

From the moment we were greeted by David at reception to the moment we left with a gift from the hotel the service and experience was amazing. We had a fantastic room with a Mountain View and a great concierge in Geoffrey who helped us with our beach reservation and boat excursion…

This is a lovely property located on the legendary promenade des Anglais in Nice around 30 minutes drive from the airport. It is located across from the beach very near all the main attractions of the city. Everything is within walking distance. It has some lovely restaurants all within walking distance. We (family of 4) stayed in one suite with an attached room for three nights and absolutely loved the hotel. The hotel is built with an internal courtyard and the rooms are located on the various floor having a view of the swimming pool and the restaurant in the courtyard. The one bedroom suite was very spacious and beautiful with a lovely balcony overlooking the main promenade having a view of the courtyard, beach and the mediterranean sea. The attached room too was very comfortable, having a partial view of the sea with a balcony overlooking the central courtyard. Overall the hotel has a lovely vibe. We rented a car from SIXT located 5 minutes walk from the hotel and travelled one day to St. Tropez and next day to Montecarlo and onward to Menton. It is an ideal place to make a base while visiting this area of south of France. We also rented the electric scooters available in the lobby itself to ride on the promenade of Nice and it was an amazing experience. The breakfast at the courtyard restaurant was a big delicious spread. The restaurant staff is very attentive, courteous and the service is excellent without being obstructive. The staff - be it front desk, bell, restaurant and concierge- is very helpful, attentive and polite and we felt very welcomed. We whole heartedly recommend this hotel to our fellow travellers and will be back sometime soon!

Booked this room through Amex FHR program. Overall fantastic experience. My room was perfect. Very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Had dinner and lunch here and it was some of the best food I’ve had in France. I wouldn’t plan on using the pool because even though it was heated in March it was still too chilly for me but I imagine during the summer it would be nice. Expect American standards of customer service and comfort from an America hotel chain. Overall great stay!

Stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate my partners birthday. We were on the 6th floor and had a corner room which was huge with a balcony and had a lovely view of the pool area. The hotel organised a birthday cake and a chilled bottle of fizz for my partner which was a pleasant surprise. Concierge were great in giving us directions, even to the point of ringing the hotel where we had our dinner reservation to let them know that we may run a little late as the surrounding roads were all blocked off due to a carnival that weekend. There was a wide choice for breakfast, pastries, scrambled eggs, omelettes, cold meats, fruit, cereal, juices, tea and coffee. The bed was so comfortable and sleep was aided by the electronic shutters that blacked out the room completely. I would recommend this hotel as everything is within walking distance and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area you are spoilt for choice. Our return flight was not until later in the evening and they were very accommodating in letting us have a late check-out.

We had a top-floor twin room with a sea view. The room was a good size for two people and the bathroom (with separate WC) was spacious, although the shower enclosure itself was on the smaller side. The old facade does partially obstruct the view of the Promenade from the upper floors, but it is wonderful that the facade has been preserved and I'll take history over an uninterrupted view any day. The sea view above it was still glorious to wake up to each morning. The weather was on the cool and rainy side, so we did not get to fully enjoy the terrace or outdoor pool. However, the breakfast room adjacent to the terrace had abundant natural light. The breakfast wasn't amazing, but it was above-average and had options for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets. We thought that it was a nice touch that some local Nice specialties were included in the breakfast spread so that you could try a bite! We enjoyed dinner one night at the hotel restaurant and it far exceeded our expectations--a steak and roast potato dish was especially good. The location was excellent, with an easy walk to the Negresco for drinks, the street of shops just behind the hotel (Rue de France), and a short stroll to old town and the Cours Saleya. We would definitely like to return someday during warmer weather!

Clean, tidy, a touch of style, friendly staff, a mammoth, comprehensive breakfast. Rooms with views over The Med, or over the mountains. All with balconies. I upgraded to the ninth floor and had a nice big room. As it was my birthday the hotel sent a bottle of fizz and cake to my room. Plus I managed to cadge a voucher for a drink for two in the bar. Absolutely recommended. Costly, but you get what you pay for.

The team at the Hyatt Nice is exceptional. Carolina at the front desk made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect room. She made my wife’s birthday extra special. Greg, the concierge, was extremely helpful going out of his way to assist us with a challenging ask. Simply put, Greg is diligent, caring, and highly responsive to guests’ needs. The best concierge we’ve ever encountered. The hotel offers impressive views of the Mediterranean. The breakfast is delicious and there’s no shortage of options. All in all, this is a special hotel with an extraordinary team that goes out of its way to make sure guests feel at home even when they’re from the other side of the world.

This is a wonderful hotel in the perfect location with incredible service, spacious rooms and beautiful views, I would highly recommend staying here when coming to Nice. From the moment we pulled up we were greeted by doorman taking our bags for us and guiding us inside to the reception who were so welcoming and upgraded us to a top floor with ocean views. The hotel is right on the water, a few minutes walk from the old town with tons of cafes and restaurants nearby. The train station was half a mile walk away making it super convenient for day trips. The concierge (Nicolas and Geoffrey) were so incredibly friendly and helpful with arranging daily dinner recommendations and reservations for us our entire stay. Our first night we came back to a bottle of wine and glass set up with a hand written card from the manager thanking me for my Hyatt loyalty. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful and very friendly service. Overall I would highly recommend choosing this hotel when coming to Nice as it has everything that makes a stay wonderful: excellent service, comfortable rooms and a perfect location
