Nice clean room, friendly staff, average facilities. However this hotel is in a great location near the old town and the promenade. Reception staff were excellent. The city tour bus goes from right outside. I recommend that if time in Nice is limited.

Make sure you ask for a room over looking the ocean and away from the nightclub in the roof of the building across the road. Although you can't hear the noise with the balcony doors closed it made sitting outside impossible - enjoy your stay
