I did not eat at the IBIS. I went for a walk to look for a Café or a Restaurant and it was desperate - nothing ! I eventually settled for going to the hotel next door, I think it was a Novotel. To be honest, I would only have given that 5 out of 10. As to times, I am sorry I cannot tell you what time the restaurants at either the IBIS or the Novotel close.
