Situated a stones through from the train and tram station is is very well position. You are all able to wander the Main Street and make your way too the waters edge past all the bars and restaurants. If you are a little weary you can always return by tram. The staff are amazing. So so helpful and happy. Breakfast...

We stayed for 3 nights in Villa Otero end of April. The hotel is close to the train station so it is easy to reach. Setting and ambiance is quite nice. The hotel has three mayor problems: 1) There is only one small communal facility which serves as reception, breakfast room and business center and opens up to the street....

We were very happy with our stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a delight and the hotel was super clean. The room was a bit small for sharing so glad I had my own. The nearby parking garage was handy, since we rented a car for a couple of road trips. I do not recommend using...

We stayed here for the second time this Easter, following our first stay in the hotel last November. Being a fairly frequent traveller, I rarely return to the same hotel, let alone same city, but when you find perfection... This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in including 5-stars. The hotel is beautifully decorated - imaginatively...

Booked the Villa Otero back in January and paid in full at that time for a superior room with a balcony. After having a mail a week before our arrival date saying how much they were looking forward to having us, it was rather puzzling to find that on our arrival they had not got a room of any description...

We reserved a room in Villa Otero based on the good reviews and how charming the rooms looked; however, on our arrival, they refused to accommodate us arguing they had a problem with the reservation system. I found this very surprising, as I had contacted Villa Otero just two days before my arrival, asking about the breakfast options. They could...

Pros: the rooms are beautifully decorated, they look exactly like the pictures. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The location is also very good for the price. Cons: breakfast is over priced considering that there is no real variety and no cooked food on offer. The bathroom was also lacking in toiletries associated with a 4 star hotel. There...

All the staff are great! They're all helpful and accomodating. The room is not the biggest that we've ever been to but good enough for the three of us. It has a small terrace with a little view of the hills behind the buildings. The hotel is near the main train station so if you're arriving by train it'll be...

Gotta say the hospitality at this chic little hotel is hard to beat. Staff is very friendly and helpful. As the rest of the happy culture franchise the atmosphere is nice and I am a fan of the concept with these "happy culture tours" where small treats are available at different hotels of the same brand is available to all...

Only there for the night, but they treated us likeep gold. Nesspresso in each room and available all afternoon. I love good coffee, so my review might be biased. Small but comfortable well appointed rooms. Great decode and Nuxe products in the bathrooms. Oh la la.
