the bathroom is horrible, very small and very old, and it closes only with a plastic folding curtain. The WC is just front to the head of the bed just separated thanks to this folding curtain. the window of the bathroom doesn't close and the other window is very old too, no isolation so that it was very cold and...

Somehow search didnt pick other reasonably priced family-friendly hotels in Promenade de Anglais, so ended up staying here for 5 days and nights. Wouldnt recommend to anyone taking family. They fail to provide even the basics in the room, such as a kettle and hair-dryer. Felt a bit awkward as most of the time front-desk was operated by only-French speaking...

Located right at the seaside - English promenade - it is a very cozy place with nice rooms with balconies including with sea view or garden. Breakfast is in the garden, minimum like usual french ones. It was nice to go to the sea in the morning and take a little walk to the city centre for entertainment and dinner...

My wife, who is 24 weeks pregnant, and I wanted a short break on the Mediterranean Coast. This 2-star hotel is basic and undemanding. Impressive friendly and informative reception staff phoned us at 10pm to check we knew how to access the hotel after hours, whilst we were en route. The hotel is perfectly located opposite the stoney beach and...

Just back from a weekend in Nice with family and can only recommend this little hotel. Family run, very comfortable and one street away from the beach. Clean, spacious rooms, bathroom was a little bit tight but clean anyway. Breakfast is served in the garden under a gazebo as it's getting cooler, with a heater. Continental breakfast for 7Euros per...

This is a lovely small B and B type family hotel right on the Promenade des Anglais. It is a twenty minute walk into Nice Old Town and a fifteen minute walk to the main station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My school French came in handy though as English is barely spoken. We had a lovely ensuite(shower)...

We had to find a hotel at a low budget and chose the Eden. The furniture was shabby and rickety and the beds were low quality. There was no reading light. One could not sit on the toilet seat because it was placed to close to the wall. Sad, really, because the staff was kind and the parking was very...

“We had a garden room at the side which is probably quieter than the rooms at the front with sea view. We could still see the sea though!”

“We did not get a sea view room, but I imagine the general shabbiness of the furnishings was the same in all rooms. Even with a "sea view" it would be a rather limited view.”
