Super place with spacious room, with a small deck and view of ocean, great pool, easy parking, good restaurant, 24 hour reception desk service, and super friendly owners. We had to get up early to catch flight home, and this place in a short drive to the airport. I recommend this place as one of the nicest hotels we booked... More

On arrival I asked Christophe whom was working on reception what I could see in a day, he organised a program for the day, which was amazing! Swimming and resting by the pool was lovely after our excursion. The rest of the staff were so friendly. Had a lovely dinner there as well, which I can recommend, great on price as well.... More

There are some moments in life that you are positively surprised when yo don't expect it. Hotel Anis was absolutely wonderful ! Rooms are basic, but you are in a secluded part of Nice where you feel like you are in the backyard of your own villa. The friendly owners are certainly something that makes the hotel a "repeat-stay". Perfectly... More

Currently I stayed twice for 4 days and I plan to come back coming Octobre.Working as a freelancer and having my office in my laptop, I like the friendly, relaxed and uncomplicated atmosphere at fair rates. Sitting at the pool or the small Biergarden and doing my business is one of the best working environments I know. And in between... More

The Hotel Anis might not be for everyone as it is off the beaten track, however it really is well worth a visit and relaxing stay. A 5 minute downhill walk leads you to the Promenade D'Anglais and bus stops where you can travel to the main city areas in about 10 minutes. Equally the nearest public beach is just... More

This hotel was in a good location, not far from the Promenade das Anglais. However, it is at the opposite end from the city centre so it if worth bearing that in mind if you don't plan on renting a car. The room was basic, but very clean. We were fortunate to be accommodated in one of the rooms outside... More

We stayed here one Easter many years ago and liked it. This time the hotel has been upgraded with hard wood floors, a very quiet air conditioner and tiled bathroom. Our balcony overlooked a plum tree and you could see the sea down the hill. It's nice to eat outside under the big tree in the front of the hotel.... More

My father was hospitalized while on vacation in Nice. This hotel was the only one that made me feel like I was staying with family instead of strangers. They made sure that I ate every morning before going to the hospital to visit my father. They called for taxis. The rooms were well cared for. The food in the restaurant... More

We arrived really late both nights we stayed here. We were too late for the dinner they served but had the breakfast which we really enjoyed. Our first room didn't have a view but had the most comfortable bed and pillow I had experienced our whole trip. The second room had a view of the ocean but the bed wasn't... More

Lady on reception were rude, two different ones (one on check in, one on check out), no double rooms left apparently even though we had booked one so single beds it was, free parking on site, nice little restaurant. When we went for breakfast there was next to nothing left. Wifi only in reception
