If you're looking for a hotel in central Nice with car parking facilities, this is an option--although the carpark is in a tiny lot directly in front of the building. The neighborhood is good--and hotel staff assured us they have never had a problem with theft from cars parked there. You must reserve the parking place in advance. Cost 18...

We recently stayed here for five nights while exploring the local area. The hotel is in a pleasant street about 5 mins walk from the sea front and about 15 mins from Nice old town. The room was very good, but we found the beds to be a little hard. However the room was very quiet, overlooking the garden and...

We stayed here 5 nights and is a great location to explore Nice. 10 minutes walk from the train station, old town and the promenade. The rooms were very clean, bed comfortable and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice, the dining room and gardens are a quiet haven away from the tourist bustle.

The hotel had a lovely garden in which to enjoy your buffet breakfast in the morning with too much food and coffee to list. The coffee and remaining croissants from the morning breakfast were enjoyed in mid-afternoon. We arrived by train and easily walked to the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful whether it was staff at breakfast, the desk,...

This small hotel was just what we wanted. The room was comfortable and clean, with a fridge and kettle. It was quiet even though we were at the front, although we could hear some traffic. The garden was lovely, complete with cat. It is a short walk to the sea, past lots of different shops and restaurants, as well as...

The staff makes one feel special the moment you arrive.....They are extremely warm and seem bend over backwards to make you comfortable. Their breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had in all my European travels. The rooms are elegant, refined and very comfortable. They have a beautiful garden that is beyond beautiful. I asked about arranging a...

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. It is central to the Promenade, restaurants and the old city. We were able to explore most places on foot. It is also only about 10 mins walk to the Airport Bus stop on the Promenade near the Information Office. There is a laundromat just two blocks away. It is also...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It's probably about a ten minute walk from the train station and seemed to be in an ok area of NIce. Not on the sea front but again about a ten minute walk away. We stayed in room 212. The room was clean and had coffee and tea facilities , but was...

I booked a 5 day stay. I decided to update to a garden view, at about a 50% hike in cost. I do have a garden view, but my shower stall is so small, if I gained ten pounds I wouldn't be able to fit! (Note to self: no foie gras!) The bed was very low to the ground, and...

We stayed at the Villa Victoria one night each at the beginning and end of our trip to Provence. The first night we had Room 307 facing the garden; it was large, quiet, very clean with sizable shower. The bed had an uncomfortable layer of something rubbery -- perhaps a waterproof sheet -- which we were too tired to remove....
