Stayed here recently, location is good and very safe. Used the parking provided outside the entrance door. There was a very competent and friendly girl with blond hair on the reception who seemed to have to solve the coffee machine problems of another staff person a chinese looking woman who was not overly friendly and kind of dragging herself around....

Spend a short weekend at the start of February. Small Hotel with a lot of charm in a good location in Nice. Easy to find by bus from Airport..just a ten minute walk to the Promeande D'Anglais, the main shops in town and some great restaurants nearby. The service was amazing. Breakfast was just right. The Garden is enchanting and...

The hotel is in a quiet street with a very nice garden. The busstations are very close. (The 10-ticketscard is only 10 EU and you can travel 74 minutes.) If you come from the airport, from the Terminal 2 come with bus 98 for 6 EU, or with the Shuttlebus till Terminal 1 and take f.e.the bus 52 for 1.50...

Dear Guest, We thank you for your feedback and review on TripAdvisor. It is a pleasure to read your kind words about your breakfast experience and the central location of the hotel. Myself and all the staff hopes to see you again for your next visit on the Côte d’Azur. Yours sincerely, Marlena Viac

The hotel was situated not far from the centre. There was parking lot in front of the hotel, but limited space. The room was nice, but the bathroom was old-fashioned style. There was one cat at the hotel, but we didn't have chance to play with it.

Just come back from a few days holiday over Christmas. As usual, the standard was very high. Staff all pleasant and helpful. Room clean and spacious. Breakfast still good but glad to see that the glass tables have gone now :) and loving the new look of the breakfast room. Lovely gift of champagne and chocolates for Christmas too. Thank...

My wife and 2 daughters (ages 9 & 11) stayed here in July. The hotel is clean and a good value. Rooms are small but comfortable - what you would expect from a typical older vintage European hotel. The back yard area was very nice place to eat breakfast each day. The breakfast was fairly basic but well stocked, fresh...

We have just had three fabulous days in Nice and the Villa Victoria Hotel was central to making it so magical. From the moment we stepped through the door of this beautiful boutique hotel on the tree-lined Boulevard Victor Hugo, nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff. They helped me get our car windscreen fixed on the hotel...

The hotel is on the beautiful street, everything is nearby, good breakfast, friendly stuff, bed linen was remarkable (maybe for me this time..:) . Value and service even for a longer stay should match.

Stayed at the hotel Monday to Friday, staff were attentive and helpful. Great advise on local transport meant we saved £70 on car hire and caught a local bus for equivalent of £1.50 each - Grasse is well worth a visit. Rooms were clean and tidy, only negative would be the truly awful CD played at breakfast and throughout the...
