This Hotel is ideally situated, with the sea on one side and the old town on the other. Although it isn't the best, it doesn't really claim to be and it certainly reasonable value when compared to the rest in the area (this is the Cote D'Azur remember!) We paid a not inconsiderable extra for a sea view and although... More

A lovely old hotel in a great position. But it is a bit faded and perhaps that gives it some charm. The room was well appointed and comfortable. It is right in the centre of the town with shops one end and the sea the other. There s an underground carpark close by.

Pros and cons for this hotel, the position is great if you want to be in the centre of town, the Main Street is literally outside the back door. The staff we found to be very helpful, the hotel public rooms were also excellent. The cons for us were the room (even though we paid extra to upgrade from the... More

We stayed there for 2 nights with my girlfriend and I have nothing to say against. Maybe in three star hotel could be small fridge in the room. Older hotel in amazing location. From one side you have sea and from the other centre of town. Air condition works very good. Breakfasts were reasonable. Free Wi-Fi only in the lobby.

This is a comfortable, solid and established hotel. It knows its business and carries it out well. The room was good and spacious. We were on the first floor facing the street so with windows open it was quite noisy but with windows closed it kept out most of the noise - except the bin collection every morning at 7.00... More

The hotel is quite old fashioned but comfortable. My bedroom and bathroom were clean and adequately sized, the view of the street was not particularly pretty! There was a safe, at no extra charge, which was useful. The dining room was ok, food very average. The staff at reception were, on the whole, pleasant and helpful unless one asked for... More

We stayed at this hotel as part of an HF holiday group. Our room, on the second floor overlooked the shopping street and opening the window let the smell of drains in. The room itself was on the small side, but quite adequate, It was clean and the twin beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space to store clothes... More

I should have read the fine print that said 'free internet in lobby' and understood that meant no internet available in the rooms -at all, for any price. Their advertising was accurate and once I adjusted to spending a couple of hours in the lobby every day, it was fine. Good things: window opened to allow in fresh air. Although... More

I stayed here as part of an HF walking group. My single room was small but had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel which attracts many guests (mainly elderly) from other parts of France has a lovely atmosphere. It is in a good location for exploring Menton which is itself a good base from... More
